What a simply splendid find! We loved this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer. Charles was wonderful and made us so very welcome. We loved the delicious dinner prepared by Dillon. Karina was so friendly and charming. The hotel itself was beautiful. Our bedrooms were delightful, comfy beds and so cosy. It was hard to leave and we hope to return as soon as we can!

I stayed for one night with a group of friends, a mix of adults and children. Our host Charles was very friendly and welcoming. We took advantage of the table d’hôte dinner option which was a delicious 2 course meal with a choice of desserts. The wine list was fantastic and we were able to buy champagne to take home. The rooms are period in style with modern en-suite bathrooms and very comfortable. The breakfast was very generous with option of freshly cooked eggs and bacon to go with the breads, pastries and cereals. It was a shame we were only there for one night!

This place needs a lot of work done to it to make it worth the price charged. It's grossly overpriced, dirty and the bed is like concrete. Complete waste of time. There must be better places than this. The following night I stayed in a B&B Hotel and it was far superior to this place. Never again.

We enjoyed a really lovely stay here in August. The room was large and comfortable, clean and cool. The owner was very friendly and chatty, happy to sit and speak to you about the house and gardens, he even gave us a tour of a Gite they are renovating in the garden. The evening meal on the terrace was very nice, they prepared a large vegetarian salad for me, wine is extra and can be selected from the wine menu. There was secure parking within the grounds. Breakfast was very nice including cooked eggs and a selection of breads. A great stop for a night or two.

Beautiful place to stay. Arrival was very friendly and helpful from the staff. Also a lot of information about traveling. Cosy and nice environment. Nice breakfast. Classic French styled rooms and interiors. We recommend this place to stay.

We arrived to such a friendly welcome after an extraordinarily long drive and I cannot thank the owners of this accommodation enough for their genuine kindness. We checked in, tired and hungry, at 7.30pm and by 8pm, without a prior reservation, we (2 adults and 3 grown up kids) settled down on their beautiful terrace and were served food that wouldn't have been out of place in a high class restaurant. Honestly, nowhere ever have I felt more welcome or more appreciative of that welcome. A stunning house, beautiful gardens, amazing food, plenty of parking and only about 10 minutes drive from the autoroute - we couldn't have hoped for more. Thank you so much and I hope we have the opportunity to stay again one day.

Delightfully quirky. Secure parking. Garden space for your own picnics. Charles the owner cannot do enough for his guests, and is very entertaining too - in several languages! 5 min walk to superb St Hubert restaurant. Bed in our standard room was v comfortable.

We loved our overnight stop at Villa Primerose on our way south. Charles is a great host, welcoming, kind, helpful and ready to go the extra mile. The house is beautiful and our room was comfortable and quirky. The meal we had was lovely - served outside in the garden. We will definitely return.

We stayed recently at this very pleasant and elegant establishment. What a find it was, kindly organised by our wedding host, the owner , Charles, welcomed us warmly from the minute we arrived. The facility oozes French charm , with many features in the hotel being restored or sought to compliment the existing decor. Every room has unique features to admire and each one draws a new story on its history. The bedrooms are all spacious well equipped, including coffee maker etc. The secure car park is on site and the gardens are a nice way to spend a sunny morning enjoying a coffee and aperitif. I would be happy to recommend and stay again at this hotel and enjoy the stories and history recounted by Charles and his hardworking team. ,
