We rented 2 x rooms in hotel for 2 nights in Jan, no hot water for cold winter nights 😪 Faulty / jammed door handles at rooms makes it a frustration to easily come and go for travelers. Reported issues without any assistance, changes or comps offered... Management argued that there's hot water but not prepared to come to the rooms to inspect.

The hotel is beautiful, there is a large patio and - top of the bill - a sunny terrace, accessible for everybody but not known by many. Great view, excellent to have breakfast there. Friendly staff and lots of beverage choices.

This little Beautiful, clean, calm, very very friendly hotel is an awesome stay. Has comfortable beds, air conditioning, a beautiful terrace to sit. A lovely breakfast is offered at 5 euro, water, coffee/tea, juice and a meat and cheese roll or similar. The place is secure and safe. Just a few tips as I took my elderly father, there are a lot of steps so if you are not very mobile ask for floor 1 rooms. I would totally recommend this boutique hotel and once again reiterate that the staff will do anything for you to make your stay perfect. 10 out of 10. Thank you

Breakfast time was only after 8:30 and that was too late. Internet connection very weak and many times we could not access the connection. People only spoke Spanish wich made the experience for our international partners more complicated.

It was a great stay for 2 nights. The terrace for breakfast is spectacular and the breakfast very nice. The views from our room (atic) were beautiful and the personnel very nice. We did not use the jacuzzi for energy saving reasons, but it was also not very clean (there is a lot of dust in the air and also in the water). The bed and also the sofa was very good for sleeping. The door to the terrace was defect, it could not be locked. The decoration of the room is very nice, especially the bathroom. I would suggest the hotel to everyone, but you have to know that there is no elevator, so you have to be in a good shape to climb all the steps.

Habitación muy oscura... y totalmente indiscreta .....no pudiendo disfrutar de su supuesta terraza privada....ya que estas totalmente visible por todos los pasantes.....hemos estado dos días con las cortinas negras de la habitación cerradas....para tener un poquito de privacidad. En resumen habitación sin ventilación.......pequeña....oscura ....y cama y almohada muy incómodas.la visita a arcos se ha vuelto enturbiada por esta triste posada....nefasta la limpieza en zonas comunes.. y el suelo de pallet de la terraza con bastante basura debajo que esta totalmente visible....y arañas y hormigas en la habitación.....polvo en el jardín vertical en la cabecera de la cama.....y 75 euros la noche....espero tengan en cuenta la reseña para mejorar vuestros servicios!!!!! El baño atascado ....el grifo averiado....y el enchufe partido!!!!

Lo mejor es la amabilidad y el trato por parte del personal. El punto fuerte del local es su terraza con unas vistas fantásticas. Las habitaciones están mayormente bien (algún enchufe no funciona y la mesa (no puede llamarse escritorio) es pequeñísima), pero está bien y la idea de decoración llama bastante la atención. El baño es bastante mejorable (mampara pequeña, cisterna no deja de gotear, etc…) pero son cosas que con más mimo y cuidado se pueden mejorar. Eso si, el Wifi es casi inexistente (2MB si tienes suerte de que te llegue).

Sin calefacción,agua fría, y la habitación ahora mismo huele una peste a bater ke no veas , vamos ke seguro que si vuelvo a este pueblo no será a este hotel, pero solo por la habitación que el personal más o menos son competentes pero la habitación que nos ha tocado pésima no .... lo siguiente

Ya he leído algún comentario anterior que le ha pasado algo similar. .hemos estado alojados en la habitación Ático, con jacuzzi, que cuesta 150 €uros la noche... pues el jacuzzi nunca ha llegado a estar caliente. que es por lo que estamos pagando ese sobre precio (el doble de lo que cuesta una habitación normal). Después de nuestra primera queja nos dicen (una chica que no tenia ni idea y que por lo visto llamó al dueño) que está bien programado que en unas horas estaría caliente...a la noche seguía igual y ya nos dice que no puede hacer nada y al día siguiente nos hemos marchado y el agua seguía congelada, así que como consejo no reservéis la habitación ático porque lo peor, además de que no hayamos podido disfrutar del jacuzzi, la dejadez y el desinterés del dueño. Esto ha sido lo peor, y estoy obviando un montón de detalles que denotan dejadez y descuido que no voy a enumerar porque no merece la pena.
