Lovely boutique hotel (only 12 rooms) in an amazing location. We had an problem and the staff were brilliant at solving it. They have a what's app method for communicating with you from the moment you book onwards. It's a beautiful hotel and we loved everything about and will be sure to return.

Hotel Boutique Can Sastre was a genuine treat after we had stayed in many (lovely) larger places in different parts of Spain. It is truly what you hope for in a boutique hotel -- unique art, decor with stories (several items related to the old pasteleria), and, of course, the personal attention of the small, dedicated staff. Breakfast was the perfect balance of healthy and delicious. Our room was fresh and beautifully appointed. But the best part was the sense of history and place that we felt. Location couldn't have been better for exploring the Old Ciutadella.

The Can Sastre was such a relaxing place to stay. The rooms and lounges were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive and go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. The front door is in the center of the historic district providing quick access to sights, museums, shops and restaurants. There is an honor bar that makes drinks available any time. Try it - I am confident you will enjoy your stay.

What a beautiful place. We stayed in the suite and it was stunning. It was equipped with everything you could need and wonderful little touches. We made the most of the honesty bar and the location which is perfect for getting straight into the city. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The place has a lot of character and charm making for a special experience.

Central location and refined hotel. We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is comfortable and the personnel very welcoming. Our room had a king sized bed - very large - despite not being the largest room. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and genuine as well. Strongly recommend if you have Menorca in mind as a destination

One of the best there is in Menorca. A thoroughly delightful experience with such caring committed staff, beautiful and tastefully decorated rooms and large lounge and common areas. Breakfast was a highlight and was a taste of Spain ! Highly recommend a stay at Cuitedella and this hotel, both are charming

A small and charming place. The staff were friendly and helpful and service-minded. The rooms were beautiful and with high standards. The common rooms were cosy and with a tasteful interior. It was situated in the middle of the Ciutadella and the church bells and birdsong nearby. We would warmly recommend a stay.

We spent 8 nights at this wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the beautiful old city of Cuitadella. The hotel is a lovely old building, sensitively restored to an extremely high standard. The owners and staff were professional, helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Sant Jeroni Suite which was superb - a large and luxurious room with its own sunny private rooftop terrace. The room was cleaned daily and bottles of water and toiletries replaced. We felt that every care was taken of us and we would love to return for another visit.

This is a lovely, beautifully decorated hotel. The breakfast is superb with a huge variety of local delicacies. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the parking is far from the property, but that's a small trade off for being in such a great location in the heart of the old town. There is also no patio or place to sit outside but we didn't mind since the charm of Ciutadella is right out the door. This is a wonderful place to stay!
