Seranova Luxury Hotel - Adults Only

Only positive I can say is rooms generous size Be warned , this is 100% not a 4 star hotel … it’s 3 at best . No lift for physically impaired or to take up heavy luggage , bedding very old tattered , bath towels small thin and hard as a board …breakfast buffet uncovered for flys to share with you. No pre warning that front desk is closed for siesta part of day and no instructions left for us or other family that happen to check in that time of day . Creates a lot of stress during a holiday that should be opposite . Don’t be fooled by “luxury “

My husband, myself and my sister stayed at the Seranova for the first time and we were really pleased with our choice. The room was very clean and had a little balcony which although there wasn’t room to sit out I loved watching the people walking by and going into the nearby shops. The bathroom was huge with a bath and a shower for two people to shower together! Breakfast was delicious and different each day. You could ask for a breakfast of eggs and bacon which was made by the staff . The receptionists were all lovely and very helpful. We will definitely be back to this super hotel next year.

Perfect hotel. Small, peaceful, luxurious. Beautiful and tasteful large room. Very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Good choice on buffet every day and hot food could be ordered. Great advice on restaurants to eat at in the evening. Staff very good and helpful. Hope to come back soon!

We booked the grand comfort plus room number 7 with a small balcony which overlooked the cathedral and street, well worth splashing out the extra. Breakfast was tasty with a range of small dishes made fresh to order. The welcome was lovely we got some special cookies when we checked in and a small birthday cake, what a great touch Included in the cost was the contents of the mini bar for your first use, after that it was payable, huge beds and big double shower.

This was our first trip to Ciutadella and Menorca and we found the Seranova Hotel met our needs perfectly. We stayed for a week in the Great Comfort Plus Room which was spacious, clean and comfortable with a huge shower. Breakfast was self service and excellent with fruit, bread, excellent local cheese, beautiful pastries/cakes and good coffee. Some nice touches were complimentary drinks in the bedroom fridge and an honesty bar (draft beer!) with access to a small and very pleasant patio. Also worth mentioning was that we were able to store our bicycles in the patio, which was great. This is a well located, comfortable and well run hotel with professional and discrete staff. Highly recommended and we look forward to a return visit. ......y un poco de español! Hotel precioso, muy bien ubicado en Ciutadella y cerca de todo.  Nuestra habitación, Gran Confort Plus, era muy amplia y cómoda. Desayuno de diez y personal profesional. El honesty bar es una buena idea y con precios muy razonables; el patio tranquilo y relajante. Una estancia excelente - para repetir!

Hotel muy, muy céntrico, ideal si gusta callejear y visitar la bonita zona antigua de Ciutadella. Construido en un edificio antiguo restaurado. La zona tiene mucho ambiente nocturno, también en 5 minutos estás en el Puerto. La pequeña mini-piscina ayuda a refrescarte durante el día. Desayuno simple pero suficiente y correcto. La denominación de "Luxury" es más bien el nombre del hotel, podría ser boutique, con encanto, etc., pero el luxury no està. Los taxis te dejan a 150 mt. del hotel en la plaza Born, hay que cargar las maletas hasta el hotel. La habitación con terraza tiene buenas vistas al interior de Ciutadella. La atención de Maria excelente.
