Cosy timber house "Nepumuk". On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Arendsee, 200 m from the lake, 200 m from the beach, in the woods. For shared use: property (fenced). Table tennis, children's playground (swing). In the complex: washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Motor access (via unmade road). Public parking 250 m extra. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Arendsee, Strandbad" 400 m, railway station "Seehausen" 18 km. Minigolf 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner lives on the same property. The photograph shows a typical example. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house is on a fenced property with other similar accommodation. There are play facilities for children on the property and a wooden seating area in front of each house. The house offers with its small Living space but everything you need. We traveled
