The Villa Elisa is an absolute haven of tranquility a short 10 minute walk from the busy centre of Arequipa. My husband I stayed here for 4 nights with a trip to Colca Canyon in the middle. The breakfast was the best that we had in Peru. A wide selection of of top quality ingredients with a plentiful supply of coffee and teas. Such a delight to have breakfast and watch the humming birds in the garden. Our ground floor room had a small patio area where us was lovely to rest after a busy day exploring Arequipa and there were also seats around the garden to take advantage of the sun and shade. The outside area enhanced by a perfect small pool. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of hot water, fluffy towels, hair dryer and most importantly of all a very comfortable bed. We had an overnight trip to Colca Canyon in the middle of our stay and the hotel were happy for us to leave our things in pour room until we returned and also provided a breakfast bag for us as we had an early start. Whilst the hotel is beautiful, what really makes the Villa Elisa stand out is it’s staff. They go out of their way to ensure that your stay with them is perfect. We would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Elisa

My visit to Villa Elisa could not have been better! The artistic decor of the hotel and the fairytale-like garden filled with hummingbirds made for a very unique and charming stay. I recommend trying out the jacuzzi which overlooks the garden. The hotel is only about a 15 minute walk from the historical center of Arequipa where you'll find restaurants, bars, shops and more. Thanks to the friendly staff and owners for making my first visit to Peru so memorable. I look forward to visiting again!

If you are staying in Arequipa, Peru, Hotel Boutique Villa Elisa is the perfect spot!!!! it is not just a hotel, it is like a museum, full of history, art, antiques, and a few replicas, it is just stunning!! every where you look there is something amazing. They really put effort in details. I am very impressed. And very clean and confortable. The owner was very nice and polite, the crew was very helpful and nice!! The breakfast bufett is top notch, the jacuzzi on the third floor was the perfect size, it was a big jacuzzi, like a small swimming pool, it fit me, my sister, my brother in law, my niece and my two nephews, LOVE IT! Surrounded by nature, gorgeous trees and plants! like I said very impressive, and it is so close to the downtown. My experience 5 Starts! Thank you Villa Elisa, we will be back next year!

I'm a guide and I visit Arequipa at least once a year. This year the tour was complicated because of the health issues experienced by the members of my group. The host, Jean Louis, was so helpful and kind!!! Incredible. The hotel is located in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood, just 15 minutes away from the main square. It is very clean, it has a beautiful garden and a swimming pool. It is the place to stay. We will be back!
