Absolutely fine. Great people working there but just light on amenities. Breakfast was a bit meh. But no major complaints.

New and comfortable, the location is very reasonable

Nice hotel, very new and clean. Most rooms have windows that don’t open but they changed me to one that does.

Das Hotel ist ganz neu, sieht schick aus und ist gut gelegen. Der Service war sehr freundlich sowie hilfsbereit; wir hatten eine Tour die um 3:00 morgens gestartet ist und der Empfangsmitarbeiter hat bein Check-In aktiv take-away Frühstückstüten angeboten. Die standen dann auch pünktlich um 3:00 für uns an der Rezeption. Leider hatten wir morgens am Waschbecken kein warmes Wasser und das Wasser lief auch nicht richtig ab.

This hotel WOW! The beautiful secret behind the walls of the facade will blow you away. Excellent service and the manager Cesar accomodated us late for lunch as he knew we were tired from our travels. Such personal service Bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Amazing location. Highly recommended for business and pleasure

This hotel is very beautiful, it blends this old world building made from white volcanic stone with modern convenience. The continental breakfast had some many options, including eggs to order including omelets. Gabriela, in the restaurant did everything she could to provide for your dining needs. In the evening using the hot tub, and viewing El Misti while it was bathe in the light from the sunset is spectacular.

A great experience from the moment we walked in. Tami, Fío and Holmes greeted us, the entire staff is friendly, courteous and professional. The hotel is perfectly located, it is at walking distance to downtown. The cleanliness, location and entire hotel staff makes it one of the best places to stay at.

We were recommended this hotel when planning our trip to Arequipa. A new, immaculately clean hotel with fabulous staff, located just a short walk from the artisan market, monastery and main square - far enough away from the hustle and bustle but near enough to be convenient. Our room was clean, comfortable and enjoyed a fabulous view of El Misti. Great views of the city and surrounding mountains were also found from the great roof-top jacuzzi. The hotel staff were all fabulous, with special mention to Gabriela & Xavier who looked after us during our long lingering breakfasts. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended by a night. We highly recommend this hotel for any trip to Arequipa - a lovely city, well worth exploring! Thank you to the manager Caesar for a great stay.

Great hospitality. From the courtesy situation-dependent check-in, box lunch for early AM departure to Colca Valley, easy access to Juanita’s exhibition andSanta Catalina, to the exquisite informative/picturesque breakfast nook, everything was admirable. Shout-out to Javier. Well done!
