Beautiful space and very lovely staff, they were all so so helpful the food was delicious. Peaceful and very relaxing. Note, you definitely need to drive! Only minor note, bed was a bit hard. Totally recommend for quiet, relaxing and visiting the local vineyards

My then girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 days and I proposed here. It couldn’t not of been a more relaxing, amazing and beautiful stay. The staff was incredible and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect but also leaving us to our time alone. It was so quiet and relaxing, the grounds surrounding were great as was the pool area. Could not of asked for a better escape and place to propose to my now wife. The building is so charming and the staff was exceptional. I appreciated the entire experience.

We stayed here four nights. It was great. We had dinner at their restaurant one night. It was very nice. We had breakfast there every morning. The accomodation was a very good standard and clean. Beautiful location next to the river. Good farm stay. Each day we drove to all those lovely Tuscan towns you see in photographs.

This is one of the most beautiful l, if not the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. The room can only be described as amazing with its terrace, patio area and hammock. The room facilities were superb. The staff were friendly and attentive and welcomed us upon arrival. The garden area with the pool and hammocks was a relaxing and tranquil place to spend time and appreciate the surroundings. We are already planning our trip back for this summer!! And I recommend it to all my friends. A fantastic find

Beautiful quite settling with Italian family feel. The food was excellent and the staff is sweet. The buildings is an old farm house that was completely renovated but still has kept the old world charm. Beautiful pool. Lots of space to relax. In the country but not far from anything.

Beautifully set in the quiet contryside while still only being 13 mins to arezza , 4 mins to a super clean laundry mat The staff is extremely helpful, the breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is so quaint The beds are soooo comfortable and the rooms are quiet

Cuprena is set on a gated property approximately 30 mins drive from the town of Arezzo. There is nothing nearby. Was greeted by a receptionist who could barely speak English. She took us to our room but did not explain how anything worked. Our room was on 2nd floor. There is no lift. The room was loft style with small windows & was somewhat dark & depressing. The bathroom was fitted with a tiny circular shower alcove. Too bad if you’re a large person. Water from the shower overflows all over the floor. At dusk we discovered the lights were not working in our room. We walked back down to Reception (there are no phones in the rooms). Young woman could not get the lights to work & said she would have to get a colleague to help. No one ever arrived. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast is served between 8am-10am. At 7am I walked downstairs to see if I could get a coffee. There was no staff around at reception - or anywhere. No lights on. No coffee or tea making facilities even in the dining area. I was hungry & am used to having breakfast much earlier. I went for a walk around the perimeter of the grounds as I patiently awaited 8am. I came within centimetres of stepping on a deadly Italian Viper snake (I googled it after). Too bad if I’d been bitten… no staff around to come to your rescue! The pool is not big enough to do laps in. I’m not sure what this place is. It’s not a Hotel. There is No service. Bring your own everything if you stay here.

My wife and I went to Italy to have a great time and we decide to go to Toscane! We were looking for a place outside the big city like Florence, Bologne, Pise etc. We found this fantastic place which is located far from the noise of the big city. If you want to disconnect from the rest of the world this is the place to go. They have a great room with a very good restaurant. The owner Chiara she’s amazing and all her staff Dominga, Giulia and Marina are also absolutely focused on your comfort during your stay. The food was just perfect taste and delicious. They don’t serve in big portions but they serve quality over quantity. The presentation is great and as I saw a comment before that the portion were small this is not a buffet where it’s all you can eat, however you go there for the experience and I think Chiara and the Chef are doing a wonderful job. We spent a few hours in this spectacular property that has e very refined restaurant. The grounds has a beautiful large lawn with shaded thatch roof gazebos with hammocks for relaxing and a beautiful infinity pool. They have their own vegetable garden and olive trees for their own oil. The rooms are also very beautiful, highly recommend for a Tuscan country experience.
