Booked this hotel last minute with TUI. When we finally arrived after a 9 hr delay. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist. Checked in very easy. The hotel had set up some food for us because of the delay which was very nice of them. Lift didn't work. Thank God we were on the 1st floor. Room was lovely, bathroom a bit small but it was ok. Clean and towels daily. Food was hit and miss. Even though we paid for All inclusive, we found that we ate out in the evenings because the food was just ok. There was not enough sun beds to cater for all guest. But found that some guests were putting towels on about 4 beds, but only using 2 at a time, so that they could swap when the sun had moved. Which was quite irritating, selfish and annoying. Because of this for 4 days we went to the Skyfall Beach bar and sunbathed there,which was lovely. The staff were really nice and could not do enough for you. Food and drinks were delicious . Staff did nothing about it. Entertainment was ok, loved the Elton John tribute act. Very entertaining. Our cleaner always asked if we wanted to change our bedding, but I don't see the point really, I don't do it at home,so why would I ask for it to be changed daily here. Zante is a beautiful island and the people were so welcoming. But after paying 1,700 for our stay is was definitely not worth it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awful food awful hotel long queues awful bathrooms no handrails only 1 lift food was low quality and lukewarm at best more like a 2 star hotel if staying here you would be better using your lilo on the bed base rather than the pool as beds so low and hard worst hotel stay ever

In my opinion this hotel has it all. Definitely a 4 Star-Hotel! We loved this place because it counts with a very skilled chef who will surprise you every day with a new menu, high quality ingredients, perfect temperature, exquisite flavors and an esthetic presentation that invites you to try everything you see. My favorite dishes were Duck a l'orange, Beef Stroganoff and the Salmon. The variety of cheese was also very appealing. The restaurant staff looks after every detail and Pellum, the General Manager, is always ensuring you're having the best possible experience. I wouldn't hesitate in choosing this hotel for my next vacation. Do not fall into unjustified reviews lacking of sense.

We had wonderful days and the staff was very sweet and took great care of us. these people work so hard, we have a lot of respect for them. the woman who cleaned our room every day (room number 309) was super sweet. We had nice contact with her and she made sure that our room was clean every day. the food at the hotel was also delicious! We didn't lack for anything and had a great time. In short, we can 100% recommend this hotel to everyone. We gonna miss it there, but we Will leave with a full heart ＜3

We loved the Admiral Deluxe, we spent a nice week there, and we couldn't recommend it enough. The hotel is beautiful and very modern, the staff are great, they were always at our service and the general manager was ery kind and in every detail. The food is excellent, it was always at temperature despite what other reviews said, every day different menù, and we enjoyed very much the fruits spot and the desserts (of which we added photos), but the rest was great too. In our opinion, the 4 stars are totally deserved for this hotel.

Just had 2 weeks in this hotel, cannot complain about anything! Food is fresh, well cooked, lots of variety, whole salmon, king prawns, amazing Greek salad! Desserts are perfect. Choice of sun beds from comfy bed type ones to normal positional sunbeds, there’s a choice of being able to sit in the sun or have shade - we did both. Staff keep the whole areas inside & outside clean and tidy. Very modern, stylish hotel. Excellent choice of all drinks, staff will make any cocktail / drink you ask for. Lots of activities to do on the island, we hired a scooter, quad bike & own private boat & got to see the whole island & it’s beauty. Some perfect snorkelling beaches if you venture out a bit. Loved it all, thank you so much.
