I cannot recommend hotel Casaly enough! The staff were incredible and genuinely helpful. They really do an amazing job at connecting and getting to know their guests. We felt so cared for. The room was incredible and was cleaned multiple times a day. The pool was great to have in the city. The products they provided for us were of a great quality. This is worth the money!

We cannot fault the Casalay hotel. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left all the staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with pool access which was excellent. The breakfast offering was really good with various options to cater for all tastes. It was well placed on the seafront and a five minute walk to the centre of town. We recommend the Casaly to anyone wanting to stay in a high quality hotel in Argostoli.

Perfection perfection Room was clean and straight out to the pool Staff were amazing. Helpful and Informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast fantastic and been looked forward to it every morning. Any type of eggs. Then fruit pastries cakes. Fresh orange juice. Just fantastic. Coffee was great. I asked for sourdough as it’s all I eat and it was there for me. The breakfast area was always kept well stocked and tidy.

You wont get better service than this in a hotel My wife and I just got back from week in this hotel and have been astounded at the immaculate level of service We both work in hospitality so visit plenty of hotels but none have made us feel as welcome as the casaly The rooms were immaculately clean with comfy beds and high pressure showers the room left nothing on the "i wish I had " list I didnt use the spa but my wife assures me that was phenomenal Kefalonia is amazing and this hotel is at the heart of it all

We stayed a week in this wonderful hotel. The staff were brilliant and made sure we had a fantastic stay, in the hotel and on the island. Katarina, Martine and Maria in particular were very helpful. All the facilities, not forgetting the spa, are first class and the food and drink are great. Loved the breakfasts and evening meals right by the sea. High class base for a visit to Kefalonia. We will be back.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet and menu is worthy of a Michelin star. The amenities and especially the spa are truly exceptional. 💕 Dimitra’s facial and massage melted away stress and years off my face. You can spend hours in the spa with its many amenities. Small intimate quiet waterfront hotel. Treat yourself

Attention to detail is second to none at the Casaly Hotel & Spa. Just back from what can only be described as the best hotel we have stayed in. From the minute you walk in and are greeted at reception by Katrina you just know your stay will be exceptional. The whole hotel is absolutely spotless. Breakfast in the morning is wonderful and Megan's attention and service is first class and then some. after a not very nice evening meal in one of the local eateries we decided to try dinner at the Casaly which was beyond our expectations so much so that we ate there every night for the remainder of our holiday. Every member of staff at the hotel are exceptional and go out of their way to meet your every need. When you visit Argostoli, make sure to pop into Scream the ice cream shop where you will find the most delicious ice cream very reasonably priced

Fabulous hotel close to town centre and overlooking the bay with outstanding hospitality. Great layout and facilities - pool, gym, spa, etc. Staff - Katerina, Costas, Angeline and all their colleagues - helped to make it a special experience. Loved the breakfasts which catered for all tastes. Highly recommended!

A brand new ultra modern hotel overlooking the harbour of Argostoli. From the moment of checking in to leaving we were looked after by all of the attentive and friendly staff, especially Katerina on reception, the ladies who served a beautiful breakfast and the housekeeper who kept everything spotless. Our standard room was compact but well equipped with quality furnishings and amenities. overall a lovely stay on the picturesque island of Kefalonia.
