Princess Hotel

We love the Princess hotel in kefalonia and have visited 5 times now because we love Costa Costa beach and facilities. This year the Princess has decorated the rooms and improved the breakfast.All of the staff are super friendly and we are certainly returning soon.We really miss the lovely people at the hotel.I am the worst dancer but even I learnt the Greek style at their regular Tuesday dance night whenTasos showed what an amazing dancer he is.He is a great barman who makes good cocktails with great care.We recommend the Princess for its locality opposite the wonderful Costa Costa beach.It is also within 10 minutes from the airport and on the main Lassi stretch.

It felt a bit like a home from home. Stayed in room 32, comfy beds, great air-conditioning, albeit a small bathroom. Pool area clean and never a fight for sunbeds. Relaxed chilled vibe. Great little pool bar with tasty choices for lunch, at reasonable prices, and happy hour 5pm to 7pm. Good choice at breakfast with something different everyday. Just across the road from Costa Costa beach which is stunning. A short walk from shops and tavernas. Loved it. Just so people know there are a lot of steps.

This was our fourth visit after a few years’ break and we’re really enjoying it. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The new barman, Tasos, is full of fun, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The pool area is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds to go round. A short walk to an amazing beach, we can certainly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Princess Hotel Kefalonia in Lassi! This cozy 3-star hotel truly offers more than you’d expect. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent breakfast—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day. What really made my experience special were the Saturday night dance parties! Every Saturday, the hotel organizes fun and lively dance events that bring guests together in a relaxed, joyful atmosphere. We had such a great time dancing, meeting new people, and enjoying the music under the stars. The staff were absolutely wonderful—always friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a welcoming place to stay in Kefalonia with great food, fun evenings, and amazing people, Princess Hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back!

Such a lovely welcome from all staff that has continued throughout our stay. Room very very basic but super clean as staff are in every day so no complaints. Pool area is spotless, plenty sun beds and areas to sit. They have a daily local special to try for lunch each day which are very reasonably priced and gorgeous. The only disappointing thing is nobody is enticed to linger at night for drinks and get to know each other because they under pour wine beer etc and charge far too much which is a pity. Come on guys “your missing a trick” across the road is half the price and double the measures” xxx

We were extremely worried about the negative reviews about this hotel and nearly cancelled our holiday. Thank goodness we didn’t. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the Princess, all staff without exception were super friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned everyday and towels and linen changed alternate days. The pool area was peaceful with a lovely large pool to swim in. Breakfast choice was plentiful,not a full English fry up but go to Benidorm if you want that. Jane the Jet2 rep was super friendly and offered suggestions for days out as we hired a car for 5 Days to explore the island. Enjoyed all the restaurants in Lassi and a great supermarket opposite the hotel. We will definitely return.
