Thalassa Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Lovely boutique hotel with the best pool area in the whole island. Had a fabulous stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as it was end of the season it was not too busy and got an upgrade to gorgeous sea view room 🤩 Staff was very friendly and helpful all the way through. Breakfast was small but nice, pool bar served good quality food for lunch and dinner 😋 Loved the friendly cat’s and dogs wondering around so great bonus for pet lovers. Will be returning when new season starts. 5*

The entire Thalassa experience was exceptional..! An incredibly attentive and warm team that catered to our every need. The hotel itself has a relaxed bo-ho vibe and is immaculately clean. The breakfast views take your breath away and the sunsets stay with you for ever. Sipping a Kefalonia spritz poolside whilst listening to the chilled music is just what the doctor ordered… We will definitely be back. Pool area is awesome ! Best we’ve ever stayed in an adult only hotel ! Comfy sun beds , chairs ! Pool towels . Service 100% ! staff can’t do enough to help ! So friendly and cheerful. Food is amazing , such a fantastic breakfast selection. Rooms cleaned daily and replenished with fresh towels and toiletries, and to anyone worrying about noise effect from the new hotel being built , we honestly were never disturbed by noise ! Local beach 10 min walk with a great bar .. just a perfect holiday ! Will definitely return here .

The Hotel is fantastic and the staff are great. However, we were in room 414 which had a leak coming from the ceiling due to a broken air conditioning unit. The hotel had installed a new wall mounted air con which worked fine, but the leak persisted and twice in four days our room was inundated. It took some direct talking to get the problem looked at and supposedly fixed but it turns out all they did was wedge a pool towel in the gap between the unit in the ceiling due and the inspection hatch. I am writing this from the room with the water dripping onto the floor for the second time today. We have found out that it has been like this for some weeks prior to our arrival. The excuses they use are we turned the broken aircon on when we were told not too and the engineers coming but he's very busy. If they offer you room 414 don't accept it.

Fantastic hotel , views over seas , staff are great, breakfast was loverly, served tea and coffee , plenty of choice from 7 to 11 every morning . Didn’t have evening meal as restaurants in lassi are all very good and nicely priced , something different every night . Swim up room 301 loungers wasn’t in sun till 12 o clock , however it was end , room plenty of space, see photos . Shared with 3 other rooms . Large bed and walk in shower , great air conditioning. Loungers round the pool at anytime of day no problem . 2 Pools , however only 2 wrong steps which made it hard to get out of pool as I am only 4 ft 10” . Swim up pools had steps to walk in, which as great , pool temperature was great. 3 or 4 beaches in walking distance, sandy sand clear blue waters . My favourite was the one by Mediterranean hotel. Restaurant were all good about 10 min stroll , aqua marine was first good food and entertainment, this was our drop off for last drink. We will return , one of the best hotels we have stayed at . Thank you to you all . Ps the building work (new hotel) at front didn’t interfere with our holiday one bit .

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff were all amazing. The restaurant was fantastic and breakfast everything anyone could want. The problem was that i had requested a ground floor room as i have mobility issues and also booked a "suite" with partial sea view at considerably extra cost. When we arrived we were told there were no ground floor rooms, in fact all the floor had steps up or down. The "suite" was just one very nice open plan room, I was expecting a second room. There was no dressing table to sit down and do make up or hair and just two drawers and an open hanging rail with a few hangers. The metal chair on the terrace were not comfortable to sit and relax in. The swimming pool had only a short "ladder" to get into and there was very little shade in the pool area, the few umbrellas being too small to give shade, so all in all I would say fabulous hotel for the fit and healthy but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
