From start to finish it was the best experiences, all the staff went above and beyond for everything and were so lovely, sat at the beach bar every night when the main bar closed and it was so fun the music was amazing and the cocktails every even better. Will defo be going back never had such good service from a hotel before, made everyone feel so welcome and made everyone feel like family. Loved everyone they＜3

I'll start by saying how lovely each and everyone of the staff are here. They're really polite, helpful and friendly! The room was clean and tidy. Towels and sheets changed frequently. The air-conditioning was great. There was complimentary wine and crackers, hot drinks making facilities and a fridge with bottled water. The only thing missing was milk for the drinks. The coffee and tea bags weren't replenished so consider bringing your own (also the used cups/glasses where not replaced and I didn't fancy using hand soap to clean them so thats a very slight complaint if I'm been picky). The step in shower tends to flood the whole bathroom floor which can become very slippery...a little impractical to not have a door. There is a handy shop situated inside the hotel which has everything you could want and need (card payments accepted). The hotel itself has a great chill atmosphere, with a mix of couples and families. With entertainment every other night. The pool area was great. Plenty of loungers and not overly crowded. The water felt fresh and clean at the beginning of the week but towards the end it started to feel a little grimey. There is a bus you can catch to visit the old town (30 minutes ish to get there). You buy your tickets from the little shop which is handy. Although I think the hotel could benefit from displaying more information in regards to this and other outside activities. I only found out from other holiday makers there, who'd give me lots of information on where to find the bus stop etc. But a map of some kind would of been handy as locating the bus stop back wasn't as easy (even with Google maps). We also very nearly missed our stop coming back too. I'm a little apprehensive traveling anyway and it was just myself and my autistic teenager so I found myself internally panicking to not worry him. But luckily we were fine but more information/maps etc would be helpful to introverts and nervous people like myself. There is a restaurant couple minutes up the road if you fancy abit it a change from the all inclusive food. The food was good... I wouldn't say great but there was always plenty of options. And nothing beats an evening meal on the terrace with the view of the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see! I'd love to return back here one day. Absolutely loved our time relaxing here. The hotel is small and clean the pool is also very clean and safe. All staff are professional and very friendly. The staff appear to be happy to be at work. The hotel surprised my daughter with a birthday cake it was very beautiful I am so thankful. If you want somewhere you can relax come here. The view of the sea from my room was spectacular especially when the sun sets.

Fantastic service and lovely location. Food very nice and bar service was great. Pool was nice and nearby beach- not the private one - was wonderful for my daughter and I to snorkel with the fish. Superb views of the magical cretean sunset. There was a problem with our room upon arrival as pipes had been clogged with too much paper- there are warnings everywhere!?! With complete apologies they escorted to nearby hotel for one night with all inclusive- a minor inconvenience. Upon return they made sure we had a nice room and some vouchers for the beach bar. Really it was the service that made a difference. So friendly, so helpful- many spoke 3/4 languages and were genuinely happy to help. The owner was always there in his garden , growing melons which we had for lunch! Small tuck shop was regularly visited by my daughter and not a rip off. Vangeles in the bar deserves a shout out and the two lady managers in the restaurant. Thank you! The inclusive package means not everything can be top end. The beer was ok and the spirits but the wine was a little rough for my liking. But 5.50 in the tuck shop got you a lovely local wine. Nearby small harbour being built but I actually found that interesting. Building located in a quiet area but could walk to restaurant and a few shops. A little tired in spots such as the gym. Worthwhile to get a car to give freedom to travel where you want. This is good value for the price. Our first all inclusive and would recommend.

Hotel located in Skaleta village, which is half an hour’s drive from Rethymno, can be reached by car or by bus (bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel) The hotel has very friendly and welcoming staff who are always ready to help. During my stay I had a problem with the shower in my room, it was fixed within an hour while I was at the beach. Tasty, varied, simple, homemade food gives you a feeling of home comfort. The main thing is to stop in time so as not to bring home a couple of extra kilos . For those who don't like swimming pools like me, the hotel is located right on the seafront. The entry into the sea is rocky, this is a minus, but water shoes cope well with this issue, and clean water is a bonus. There are many beautiful plants, flowers, etc. on the hotel grounds. On Thursday, hotel guests enjoy a musical night with traditional Greek dancing and live music.

I stayed a week in that hotel with my family. I had one of my best trip ever. The hotel includes all the necessary facilities for your stay (shops, restaurant, bar, stop buses not far). It also has the one of the most beautiful sunset view I’ve had the opportunity to see in my life. We made two excursions among those available : Balos lagoon and Knossos Palace. Both were absolutely amazing. They offer you the opportunity to see unforgettable landscapes. But the most exceptional point of the stay is the friendliness of the staff. I’d like to thank Michail and all his team (big shoutout to Vaggelis and Kostas). They were all so welcoming and smiling that you feel like part of a big family. I’ll definitely come back !

This is a cracking little hotel, albeit budget and no frills. If you’re into pool lounging, sunbathing and mingling with new people, this place is perfect. If you crave dancing, singing, and generally lively atmosphere, not for you. The hotel staff are some of friendliest I’ve ever encountered, always a smile and a hello daily. The AI food is varied daily with a few repeats, usually the Greek salad, which is the best ever The pool is a refreshing dip when eventually in after a morning in the sunshine The rooms are cleaned daily with clean towels However, It does have a couple of downsides, first being the lack of nightly entertainment (excusable not to have for the price paid, but even karaoke would’ve been a small bonus) Second being the AI drinks, little over sugared to my taste, and the non branded spirits are very weak in strength, TIP:- buy a duty free bottle to take on way Last thing is the shared transfer from Chania airport, WHOA, that is a 2hr 30min transfer you can do without, if you can afford it, or want to to avoid the time transfer, take a private transfer each way. Oh, and take mosquito spray, repellent, little bleeders will get ya. Other than, I will say, take cash for the arrival to reception to pay the country resort fee, €7 per room per night And have all your hotel booking voucher details to hand on arrival. Rethymno is a 20 minute bus ride away and worth it to get out for a day, tickets cost€2 from hotel shop, I preferred this over car rental. The beach isn’t much to shout about, but there is a beach around a 5 minute walk away. There is a free to use safe in the room, and fridge. Air-con is really good for a cool nights sleep Wi-Fi is free around the hotel and grounds, but it gets a little hit and miss All in all we had a great time, I’d recommend this quaint and quiet hotel, but sadly we won’t be back, big wide world out there to see.

I'd like to thank all the frinedly hotel staff for being attentive and always happy to help. It was a nice quiet place to relax and unwind. The best part for me was the Greek night with the Greek dances. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Zorba and Zeibekiko is always fun to dance. Don't be afraid to get up and dance as you will enjoy yourself! The beach is rocky but it did not take away from my enjoyment of being in the sea. If you plan on going to the beach, wear beach shoes as this will make a tremendous difference. They do sell them at the shop in the lobby too. The food was good, there is always something for everyone.

This was mine and my partners first big holiday, given to us by my sadly departed mother-in-law. We had every intention to enjoy ourselves and relax, and make the most of what is on offer. Of that we were able too, the hotel staff were amazing. Especially Nikki who looked after us when my partner fell ill, she took us to a pharmacy she trusted so we could get the help we needed. She also gave us some of her own bite sprays as we both got bitten something rotten. The excursions and car rental were value for money, all booked through them for ease of access, we were told the exact location to be and at what times and they made sure we knew exactly were to go. My only slight downside was that our room did need a little bit of love and attention, it was a bit shabby but was very clean and very well catered too.
