Caretta Paradise Resort & WaterPark

The pizza at bello gusto was exceptional probably the best pizza I've had I would recommend eating there every night, the staff are amazing and so helpful with every topping you can ask for

We stayed at Caretta Paradise for 7 nights as a family of four (with a 10-month-old and a 4-year-old). The positives: the hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned daily, and the pools/waterpark are fantastic for both adults and children. The lifeguards were great fun while keeping everyone safe, and we never struggled to get sunbeds. Unfortunately, the food really let the hotel down. While there was plenty of variety, most of it was poor quality—dry meat, burnt, bony, or left cold and soggy. Drinks were disappointing too: watered-down beer and no premium brands available despite some guests paying extra. The snack bar looked great but everything was pre-cooked and unappetising. On the plus side, the Italian restaurant served excellent stone-baked pizzas (probably the best food all week), and the Asian restaurant was “just okay” but still better than the main buffet. The kids club was a real let-down. Activities listed on the app didn’t apply here, the English club was empty, and we were told the lively kids club was only for Polish children. Evening entertainment wasn’t much better—certainly not family-friendly. Staff were a mixed experience: cleaners and lifeguards were brilliant, but most bar staff were unfriendly and disinterested. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential—it’s clean, modern, and has great facilities—but the poor food, drinks, entertainment, and kids’ activities made it a disappointing stay and not worth the money paid.

We went to Caretta Paradise Resort and Waterpark as a family of four. Two adult, one 12 year old and one 1,5 year old. The place was amazing with great facilities for all ages. Plenty of good restaurants with amazing food. Here I would like to specially mention the server Jessie (I believe he is called). He made every meal so special for me and my family and made it a great experience for my 1,5 year old. If you see him, you're met with kindness, humbleness, humor and an amazing smile. All in all a great person! My only downside is the disco during the evening is very loud and the hotel rooms are very loud too. Nothing you can't sleep from, but just s minor nuisance when you're tired. All in all this place has my highest recommendation!
