I had a truly disappointing experience at Elegance Luxury Executive suits in Zakynthos. First and foremost, the prices are outrageously high for what you get. The basic amenities you'd expect in a luxury suite were sorely lacking. The shower had no hot water, which made for a miserable start to each day. To make matters worse, it seemed like almost everything in the suite was out of order or in need of maintenance. From broken fixtures to malfunctioning appliances, it was clear that the property was not well-maintained. One of the most troubling aspects of my stay was encountering a racist bartender. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnished the entire experience. It's disappointing that the staff didn't address this issue promptly. Lastly, when I tried to relax at the swimming pool area, I was told there were "no towels" available. This is a basic amenity that should be provided without question at a luxury establishment. Overall, my stay at Elegance Luxury Executive suits was a regrettable experience filled with disappointment and discomfort. I would strongly advise against booking a stay here. I almost forgot to mention the poor breakfast experience. The breakfast served at Elegance Luxury Executive suits was subpar at best. The options were limited, and the quality of the food left much to be desired. It felt like they were cutting corners even with this basic meal, further contributing to the overall disappointment of my stay.

房間非常美，海景很漂亮，室內還有大泡池，陽台空間很大，酒店的早餐非常好吃，房間內還送了歡迎水果，雖然在山上但是離海灘走路也衹需要十來分鐘，物超所值

除了位置有點偏以外 其他滿分！非常好的入住體驗，和朋友在希臘度假的首選，酒店設施齊全，環境優美，泳池也很不錯

從機場到酒店由了我35歐，我是真心疼，因為酒店挺近的啊。到了後看到大海心情就開朗了，還有前台漂亮小姐姐。房間大，獨立私人浴池，可惜我沒用衹用了按摩浴缸。酒店的服務人員不管是前台客房還是餐廳都很禮貌。

房間很新 有一點點裝修味道 水壓感覺有點低 衞生不錯 前台的工作人員很熱情 早餐是自助每天東西都不一樣 味道還可以 自帶的泳池很好遊🫶🏻

一般吧，比較老，但服務還可以，位置很安靜

位於扎金索斯島的一座山上，酒店設施非常齊全，房間非常大，早餐豐富，服務非常周到，唯一的不足就是地理位置偏僻。

感覺還都挺好

My wife and I visited the hotel at the beginning of June. Tucked away on the hill with a breathtaking view of the ocean and mainland Greece in the distance, the hotel gives boutique vibes but an a slightly larger scale which is perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after with friendly and professional care. The front desk went out of their way to ensure we had what we wanted and even assisted us to sort out planned excursions. The room was gorgeous, complimented by a full-length balcony and the indoor jacuzzi. Relaxing by the bar and pool was very peaceful and the service staff were very attentive serving delicious meals and generous portions. I did like that every time we sat down, a waiter brought over water with lemon and ice. I cannot find any fault with our visit or this venue. We are already planning our return visit. Five stars!!

Super friendly staff and they made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The views were beautiful. The food was delicious as well as the cocktails. The restaurant staff were very hard-working and always had a smile. The hotel is located slightly out of the way which was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet getaway. We would happily stay here again.

We were transferred to this hotel as our previous hotel didn’t have our booking or space in any rooms for us and it was the best decision we had the whole trip, from checking in to checking out the experience and service was impeccable, we got greeted at the reception on arrival by a lovely gentlemen and lady, who offered to take our bags to the room, they also offered to book our holiday excursions including quads and boats. On check in we also got greeted by a welcome pastry and drinks. When we got to our room it was outstanding, very modern with a private pool which is kept clean everyday. The food here is incredible and so are the views. Special credits to all the staff especially the lovely gentlemen/barista called ODiseas who kept us entertained every evening and recommended us some lovely drinks and cocktails. We also came to Zante for my boyfriend’s birthday, which in the room we got a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit and nut platters which were a lovely touch to the trip. Couldn’t recommend this place more and definitely will be returning.

This petite boutique hotel is a wonderful hide away from the more busy parts of the island. Its staff are the most attentive and friendly making the service very personal and intimate. The chef is a character and awesome at his job. The bar and waiting staff ensure that you are fed and watered at all times. They make a point of knowing you by name carrying a lovely smile with it. The room is impeccably clean and the towels and sheets smell amazingly fresh. Such a relaxing hotel. The sunset here is gorgeous. Just a lovely place!
