Hotel neat, regularly cleaned, towels changed daily. Located in a quiet area, remote from the hustle and bustle. Delicious food. Staff always smiling and helpful. In the relaxation area Sofia took care of us, took care of our well-being and comfortable rest. I recommend this place to people who are thirsty for relaxation in a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful place.

Hey there, fellow travelers, I gotta be real with you all about my recent stay at GOLDEN COAST BEACH (-1 star hotel) part of (PANELYIA GROUP RESORT HOTELS & VILLAS) in Zakynthos. I mean, I was excited to have a chill time, but it turned out to be a total nightmare. First off, the place was anything but clean - don't even get me started on the stairways; they were like a total mess! And the noise? Ugh, it was like a never-ending party next door, and sleep? Forget about it! One of the most alarming incidents was when I got stuck in the elevator due to a malfunction. This caused significant distress and anxiety, and I had to wait for an extended period before being rescued. But wait, it gets worse. Brace yourself, because my credit card info got scammed while I was using the beach bar. Can you believe that? And when I told the manager, guess what? He acted like it happens all the time - like it's no big deal! Talk about security at a private resort. Worst part? They didn't even care about my safety or refunding the rest of our messed-up stay. Nope, they were only worried about their online reviews - talk about priorities, huh? So, here's my advice: steer clear of GOLDEN COAST BEACH. Seriously, don't risk your hard-earned money or personal info at this place. It's just not worth the trouble and stress. Stay smart, folks! Small and friendly hotel situated right on the beach. We had a swim up room and it was very nice, clean and very comfortable room. Room service was provided every day so our room was tidy every day. Staff was nice, friendly a helpful, smiling all the time even they work hard every day. We had a all inclusive service, food was delicious with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. All the time we had visited hotel´s restaurant we had enjoyed amazing view right on the sea. This hotel is perfect for relaxing vacation. It was really great holiday and hopefully we will come back again.
