Sunrise Zante - Adults Only Hotel

Very enjoyable stay at this pleasant hotel. Attractive setup round the very clean pool. Our room was light and airy facing north so it wasn't too hot on the balcony at tiffin time. Just a few steps up as it was on the first floor. We had a good sized new looking fridge and kettle plus mugs. Great as we like our morning tea. Unfortunately the air con unit belonging to the apartment nextdoor puffed out warm air, I just positioned the shutter in front of it. The a/c unit from the room above leaked onto the large flat area in front of us but it wasn't a problem. We actually didn't use ours, preferring to leave the windows ajar. Also above us there were smokers which wouldn't have bothered us but the ash ended up on our balcony shelf. Just thoughtlessness that's all. And it only happened a couple of times. The lovely cleaning staff did a brilliant job in that heat. Very impressed. We only used the bar once as we ate and drank out mostly. But it was nice with friendly staff. The sunbeds on some days were full but we didn't sit round the pool much. Nice to have the grassy area. Glad the hotel was out of town albeit on the main road as the resort is quite lively. Would recommend this adult only hotel.

This was our 3rd year in a row at Sunrise hotel, which speaks volumes. It is a lovely hotel, in a location that is in easy reach of the restaurants & bars (15 min walk) & not much further to the beach. The first 2 years coming here were all inclusive, but this year it changed to bed & breakfast, which was fine for us as we like to got out. The grounds were well maintained, the pool was clean & we always managed to obtain 2 sunbeds together (with cushioned mattresses). The room was adequate with ample storage space, shower worked fine, daily maid service & clean towels. We had an upstairs room, which was not an issue for us, though I have read reviews where it can be a problem to some guests who have mobility issues as there are no lifts. During the day, when drinks were ordered at the pool bar, staff brought them over to us at our sunbeds, often along with a small bowl of complimentary crisps. The card machine at the bar was out of order throughout our stay, so they asked us to sign a receipt & we paid each evening at reception for the drinks we'd had that day, which was no problem. Bar staff & reception staff were pleasant, polite & helpful. Not much happened in the evening at the hotel, with only a few in the bar area, some people sat on their balcony's but we headed out each evening for a meal & drinks in the lovely town which we really enjoyed; there are some lovely tavernas & bars. A lovely relaxing holiday in a lovely hotel & we would definitely return. Thank you Sunrise staff.

In a good location around a ten minute walk to the centre of tsilivi. Staff are very nice and professional, our room was clean and modern, with a good shower free air on and free safe. Pool area nice with lots of sunbeds and greenery. Mattresses on sunbeds are a good addition. Breakfasts were very nice.

A little gem of a hotel Pleasant surroundings nice pool area Rooms very spacious and very clean Hot powerful shower.The staff are ver friendly and caring and good breakfast.the location is just a short walk to the centre and the beach.we will Definately be returning.

We stayed at sunrise hotel for 2 weeks bnb rooms lovely spacious bathroom nice balcony with airer for clothes, aircon & and safety deposit box free. We paid 98 euros in tax on arrival 4star hotel. Breakfasts OK nt a great deal of choice toaster takes forever and if you want anything with egg eg scrambled, fried ,omelette , you order it and they make it some days sausage some days bacon, they have cereal n fruit but had better in other hotels kind of felt like you were been watched at what you got. Hotel grounds kept spotless pool area lovley only 15mins from airport so 1st drop off. We walked into town about 15 to 20 mins and 25 mins to beach there's a free bus from hotel that takes you down 3 times a day but we walked it, sunbeds and umbrella were 12 euros for day which was worth it for breeze alone as really hot around pool. Earthquake Elvis is a MUST See and Abba were good and many more all in all great holiday bt hotel a little to far out for us.

Good small family owned hotel for Adults Only - what makes this place very peaceful . Rooms are decent size and very clean . Food is also great . Drinks are good just in All inclusive spirits should be available also during the day and not only from 6pm-11pm . All in all - we had great 4 days stay .
