Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is not within comfortable walking distance of any beaches you will need to get in a car. There is a nice walk from the hotel to the sea but you cannot access the water. There was a very long queue for breakfast at 9am and we couldn’t wait as we had a flight to catch. We couldn’t get coffee to go either as the lady was helping the breakfast service!!

We had very enjoyable stay in the Arklow Bay Hotel. The hotel is ideally situated only 5 minutes from the Bridgewater shopping centre and a quick hope across the bridge to the town centre of Arklow. The staff were first class and the food was excellent. We had a lovely meal on the Monday night.

We stayed at the Arklow Bay Hotel with a travel company tour group, for four days. We enjoyed every minute of our time there. Our room was lovely, the food was divine (another word wouldn't do justice to it, honestly) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, pleasant and professional. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, it's lovely to stroll around, and the walk to the beach and marina, past the lake, is gorgeous. We loved it so much, we've booked again for two weeks time, coming just by ourselves this time!! Thank you to all the hardworking management and staff there. See you soon again!!

For years I have been dying to go to the Arklow Bay Hotel and finally did ,and it did not let me down .From the Reception to Restaurant to the Bar to the leisure pools staff i can not rate highly enough. Everything was spot on .even the weather was fab so well done The Arklow Bay Hotel. I'll be back as Arnie would say.

Absolutely love the Arklow Bay Hotel. We have had mini breaks for years now in this hotel and have never once had any issues and the staff are amazing the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of coming across 😀 thank you again for the amazing stay we can't wait for our next visit

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our trip around part of the wild atlantic way and then again for a night at the end. Lovely bedrooms although we had a problem flushing the toilet on the first night but someone came to sort it out that night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant there on all 3 evenings and had a delicious meal each time for a reasonable price. Breakfast was a buffet - there was a hot buffet with a cooked breakfast and choices of pastries and fruit juices and you could order different items from the kitchen We will definitely stay there again if we're back in the area

We got married here, and from the very start every single member of staff were unbelievably helpful, friendly and polite. We planned our wedding at very short notice, they helped us every step of the way! The food was absolutely divine, our guests are still raving about it. Our special day went so smoothly and was everything we dreamed of. The rooms were immaculate, cosy and tastefully designed! Highly recommended 👌
