Ibis Styles Arles Palais des Congrès

浴室很簡陋，需要自己備齊洗漱用品和拖鞋，燒水壺也沒有。唯一好的是隔音ok，床舒服。別的就不要有要求了。去阿爾勒城裡走十分鐘吧。我定晚了，所以衹能選這家。

Location of hotel although advertised as 15 mins from main centre of town the area/walk is not one i felt comfortable with. Restaurant is not open in the evenings. Fittings in the bedroom needed repair (curtains and bedside lamp - the latter had wires coming out of the wall).

The room we stayed in was simply dirty. There were stains (blood? food?- we don't want to know) on the walls and on the headstand (which we ended up cleaning ourselves). Also dust and crumbs under the bed. The window too was very dirty. The area around the hotel seemed like it had been hit by a trash tornado (there were used diapers on the sidewalk and just garbage everywhere), which intensified the general impression. The hotel is located a little outside the city center, and it really was not the most pleasant area to walk through to get back and forth. Probably better if you have a car. The pool and reception area were ok enough. It was because of the nice online photos of these parts of the hotel that we had booked, but we felt they were very misleading. We had definitely expected something nicer (and cleaner).

I do not recommend this hotel. It definitely is not like any other Ibis Styles I've stayed in. it was run down, shabby paintwork, no hot water, the staff tried to change my room but the room I went into was worse ! The beer had run out. The meal was the worst meal I have ever eaten in France. The steak so tough it was inebible, and they ran out ingredients for other meal, the vegetables were over cooked and soggy, salmon tiny and dry (the restaurant want even busy) only the chips were edible. The breakfast was very average. This hotel needs updating and should not be called a 'Styles'. It was like a budget hotel which is not what we wanted or paid for. Other IBIS Styles Ive stayed in we fabulous, so we were exceptionally disappointed. Oh and then the computers were all down in reception when we left. Close it , refurbish, get all systems functioning, including the kitchen, is my advice.

This truly has been the worst hotel I ever stayed in for 40 years of travel. It provides no amenities, does not permit air conditioning use, pretends not to understand English, has uncomfortable beds, no in-room kettle, no glass wear or shampoo, has two scrawny and poor excuses for pillows and thankfully, is quite noisy.

The room is dark in the evening because one light bulb is missing. But the staff said they can only fix it after I left due to weekend. The hotel is full so I can’t change to another room. Not sufficient staff helping at breakfast time, hotel guest need to find a clean cup from other table. The price is good and the room is clean, so that you can accept they are not perfect.

Our first impression was that we were miles from town in the middle of nowhere but after taking to the friendly receptionist it turned out we were only a 14 minute walk away along the river, a very pleasant stroll to attractions and restaurants. Bedroms were clean well furnished and fairly spacious. Breakfast was a bit of a non-event, good coffee but very limited items and not great quality. There's a swimming pool for those staying a while and a pleasnt bar. We didn't try the restuarant but it was very popular (maybe because there were 2 coach fulls staying). I'd stay again because it's very easy to find off the motorway.

Pool area was nice and restaurant staff were accommodating. Disliked carpet in bedroom area. Hard to get into center of town without a car. Taxi driver advised us not to walk back in dark

Hotel was very nice but not very close to main attractions. Only concern is that staff only speak French so communicating with server at their reataurant was problematic. Food at reataurant was OK at best but breakfast was very good.
