Once again, what a wonderful re-discovery Nord-Pinus has been, and to top it all to lay back and enjoy room 10, though there was no sign of Napoleon III to be had. Nonetheless, the entire team more than made up for it. Truly home from home. We'll be back for longer for sure.

Beautiful, *quiet*, cool patio for a respite from all the crowds that time of year. We stopped to see the hotel, as it's quite famous. We stayed at a table in the outside patio for coffee and drinks whilst others in our party wandered about. The service was lovely and attentive, and it's a wonderful respite.

We had an English breakfast at the nord pinus in Arles. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very polite , smily and welcoming. Specially the waitress Manon, very nice polite and efficient.We will for sure be back. The deco is really nice too.

The service was outstanding. They arranged transportation, had bottle water waiting in lobby and sat down with us to check us in. The hotels furnishings were so eclectic. Rooms large. Bar fun food great .So very helpful. They even arranged activities and gave us excellent dinner recommendations

Our 3-day stay here has been the highlight of our six week trip. The hotel is in a wonderful location, and rooms are comfortable. The hot water and sparkling clean giant bathtub was a luxury. But what makes this historically significant hotel stand out are the staff and their warmth and kindness. Travel can be a challenge. Occasionally it's lovely to be welcomed and treated like family. Thank you from our hearts.

This hotel is in a fabulous location on a small square, very attentive staff and clean comfortable rooms, with a good bed and a full size bath. The dining is the biggest surprise, excellent value and the dishes are clean, fresh with surprising compositions.

Our stay was wonderful! The rooms are lovely and a decent size, with an exceptional bathroom, but the best part was the staff. Everyone was kind and extraordinarily helpful. We needed quite a bit of last minute help arranging an outing and the staff graciously helped out and we ended up having an amazing day. I would easily stay here again!

This was my second time to Nord PInus and my husbands first time.. it was everything we dreamed and more. The hotel is gorgeous ..the room spacious .. the staff incredibly supportive with everything from where to go, what to see, where to eat, how to pronounce things, managing covid tests .. always available and super lovely and friendly. Sheets are Lucious and oh just everything was perfect.

Il Nord Pinus è situato in una posiziona strategica per scoprire la parte storica della città e il personale è gentile e cordiale. Gli spazi comuni sono un po’ antiquati e l’atmosfera generale tetra, a mio avviso alcune cose sarebbero da rinnovare per offrire un ambiente più sano. Considerando la City Tax più esosa che abbia mai pagato e il parcheggio extra, trovo che l’hotel sia un po’ caro rispetto ai servizi offerti.
