Arlington Inn & Spa

This is a beautiful property with old charm. We were very comfortable in our large room in the carriage house. The bed was very comfortable and they have cotton bedsheets rather than the synthetic sheets that many are using now. Lovely breakfast with excellent service

We stayed at the inn for two nights with ten other couples while cycling in the area. The best thing about the Arlington Inn were the people and the food. Tabitha made some wonderful meals and her husband and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our room in the guest house was very tidy and gigantic with a kitchenette and modern bathroom. We experienced a slight heat issue during a chilly evening and the staff was quick to remedy the situation. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is the road noise in front of the inn (out of their control) and the upkeep of the property grounds. I’m sure the new owners are concentrating on the fabulous rooms before they focus on the grounds. I’d recommend the Arlington Inn to everyone.

Beautiful and well appointed Inn in a very lovely area of VT (yes, all of VT is lovely). Our room was very pretty and overall comfortable but my husband found the bed to be way too firm. I wish we had opted for a room with a king sized bed; the queen sized bed seemed very small - maybe because it's so high. Breakfast was okay -- nothing remarkable about the food but the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you like your coffee strong, the coffee is good.
