Airport Hotel Sydney recensioner

Arrived after hours, staff communicated excellent about where key was etc. clean . Noisy people in other rooms, could hear birds. Room came with ear plugs so that says it all.

Sand in the shower, on a busy noisy intersection. The worst part was that no staff on site during the night and 1 crazy lady was up and down the halls shouting and screaming at 2am and other guests had to call the police

I’d rather be homelesss than living in this crap a hotel You can think of it like this A ******* that’s been painted white inside to make it look clean Late at night you can hear weird machinery noises of the hotel, obviously there are malfunctions that the hotel couldn’t bother fixing because they just repainted the ******* and turned it into a hostel The bathroom is inside the room where people can literally see through your bed through a window The whole room was 3x3 m in total size which is complete fraud

SCAM SCAM SCAM. It is a scam on the name of a hotel and you will regret moment you arrive at the hotel. In an effort to save some money you are going to lose every penny that you spend. Most unfriendly staff who only answer in No for everything and are hardly present at reception or elsewhere. Size of the room is pathetic and doesn’t match the published room size. Washbasins and toilets are nearly hanging over the bed and without any exhaust.Double Bed size is good enough only for two kids. There are no cupboards. Your luggage however small can not be placed anywhere. On the name of amenities you will find cheap dirty crockery. Bed sheets and linen are smelly and not even dried up. Traffic noise will not let you sleep. So don’t save some money on the name of closeness to airport. 20 mins drive in a better place will get you 24 hours of satisfaction than 05 mins drive with lifelong disappointment and frustration. If you still wish to go ahead….all the best to you.

All good but the main issue is parking, very poor. People need to walk to reach to the hotel.

This was the worst stay ever. We stayed there for 4 nights and not a single day room service was done. Even we put the note “please clean the room” out side the door but not cleaned at all where in the description it says daily house keeping. The room is really small. Even we called them to clean the room but still the same.It said its full price was around $900 but we got the room @458. Its a total waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because their customer service was worst and no parking too. The hotel looked luxury from outside only in the reception. I would rather put light on this topic to trip.com that I should get a refund for not giving me daily housekeeping but its mentioned in your website. It I will never go back there and thank you for not giving the service as you write in your description.

It was okay for stay, clean and safe. As well as really close to the train and bus station. It has a lot of shops and restaurants just a 5 min walk away. 

Check in time was little late for my liking but at least you could leave your bags there until check in. Parking was off street and on the next street behind the hotel. A little inconvenient. Rooms were cozy but nicely renovated and nice. I would stay there again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at I think I had 1hr sleep with the noise , the air conditioning that didn’t work the small room and the shower drain that overflowed . The room was dirty and there is no lift and I was on the 3rd floor . DO NOT STAY HERE

There are many insect in the room and a hole on the ceiling

there should be tooth brush hair brush and room clean service should be available. Thank you

Hey gals and guys, friendly staff on the desk, everything you need in your room,clean and tidy. Excellent value for the $$.

Love it easy perfect for what I needed

Though the room was small but it is ok for one pax.However the toliet bowl was open and the shower cabin was too small.
