Apartamentos Playazul

カナリア諸島のテネリフェ島にあるホテル。初めての滞在で4泊させて頂きましたがとても良かったです。部屋は広く一階のテラスにはロングチェアと小さいテーブルがあり夜にはとても綺麗な星も眺めることが出来ました。海岸や夜の遊び場へも近く立地⭕️受付の方もとても親切に対応してくれました。次回訪れた際も利用したいと思います。

Great place to visit with friends and family. Really good price and perfect location. Our apartment was so close to town center. Location it's perfect for short and long stay , also we had close to shops , pharmacy and etc. I would like recommended this place for everyone.

Just home from a wonderful week at Aptos Playazul. Spacious 2bd apt with everything you need. Our Apt was right opposite the lift in the X block. Pool and bar area was decent also even if you had to climb stairs up and down. The smaller bedroom had a frosted window overlooking the corridor so was decent privacy. Fans were intergrated into the sitting room and the bigger bedroom's lights and was easy to operate. Was close to all the facilities of Playa de las Americas, Puerto Colon, TF1 Motorway (J73), Fanabē and Costa Adeje making it an ideal base for travelling around the Island

We had an amazing time staying at Playazul . The location was perfect and we could walk to Los Cristianos in one direction and Costa Adeje in the other. The apartment was great with good views and was spotless and serviced every other day. It was well equipped and comfortable. We stayed for 5 weeks and we enjoyed every moment, long walks, swimming and sunshine. All the staff were really friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them . Everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. We were apprehensive after reading the reviews but we can honestly say we had an amazing experience and we will definitely return. One thing to note there are quite a few steps going up to the reception which can be difficult with your suitcases. If you speak to reception they will open the rear gate and there is easy access. You will later be given a key to the gate,

PLEASE GET A MEMBER OF STAFF TO GO WITH YOU TO CHECK INTO YOUR APARTMENT!!!!!! we arrived Friday went to our room my husband put tv on to listen to radio (within five mins of being in room )tv screen was broken ! We went straight down told reception thinking Thankgod we noticed so soon they happily replaced 2 days later gave us a letter we must pay for tv 309 euros!!!!! Went to reception she explained we had to speak to manager tomorrow we wasn’t worried as obviously we never broken the tv. Next day we was checking out and down came management wasn’t interested in anything we had to say just demanding we pay for tv ! A tv we never broke ! Basically calling us liers! We told her watch cctv that we had literally just gone in room , she said I’m keeping deposit so we’ve lost our deposit over something someone else has done ! Wouldn’t recommend rude and unprofessional. Couple in there 40s and young son came away last minute as was needed and the rude , dishonest management ruined our trip

I cannot praise this hotel enough Hospitality beyond a belief We booked a room for three adults, me Michael my disabled wife Teresa and our best friend Colin We requested a ground floor room and asked if there was facility for a Motability scooter i.e. Plugging in to charge and a safe place for it to sit overnight ……we were told over the phone that this was fine … so with that, we made the booking …..we then arrived on the 12th of July for 10 nights. The receptionist were just amazing smiling and very welcoming then…..as soon as they saw my wife In a wheelchair and they looked at the details they glanced at each other and Unknown to us they were talking in Spanish about a better facilities for my terminally ill wife. Suddenly a lady appeared from nowhere very sleek and smartly dressed and said hello……….. I am the hotel manager. I understand you need a ground floor room for your wife. I said yes, we did ask before we booked She then replied I’m really sorry we don’t have this, but under your circumstances, I am prepared to offer you a more suitable room complementary to make sure your holiday is not spoilt we wouldn’t want your stay here to be uncomfortable. I was absolutely gobsmacked. I didn’t know what to say. I couldn’t say thank you enough. She them led me round to a room X111 open the door with a very smart key card , I walked into the room and I just could not believe it. We had a twin room which has just been refurbished she said this room has never been used. I hope it’s to you liking….. well I walked around the room, absolutely astonished The shower was fabulous so clean so modern with a wonderful balcony ……built-in fans and an amazing view of the mountains. we was pinching ourselves while we unpacked our clothes after which we set off to meet the Scooter guy we hire our scooters from we collected them back to the hotel and we were able to plug in our disability scooters was easy access from the rear ramp to manoeuvre in and out of the hotel keys were supplied for access It took a few hours for us to settle in then we maed off into the afternoon the main strip is less than 10 minutes walk with every bar restaurant club you name very lively, some bars are very loud, however The hotel is far enough away from the noise to sleep without any disturbance even with the balcony doors open The following day after making breakfast in the well equip Kitchen we headed off down into the pool area which is nice and spacious clean and tidy. The snack bar is spotless and the staff are just so accommodate. The lifeguard was helpful and always around to hand for anything you need. Plenty of lounges, so nobody was scratching around lying on the tiles either There is 24 hour a day front desk along with added Security which is under surveillance 24 hours a day so very safe the night security guards are just so fabulous even helping Me with my wife’s handbag to the door when I was assisting her from the Motability scooter I can truly say that
