The hotel was dark and dingy with black carpets and walls it was more like a night club. The restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday despite information in the room to the contrary. Furniture was rickety and there is nowhere to put items in the bathroom which is open plan to the bedroom. Bed was comfortable Breakfast is served in a windowless basement and had flies on the food. Wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent situation in the Grand Place. Pleasant and helpful staff, nice room and a comfortable bed. Very good choice for breakfast, all of good quality. Restaurant was closed on Sunday for my visit but there was a good restaurant next door.

We ended our holiday with this hotel and it was by far the worst one we stayed in whilst visiting France. The shower was broken. The bed covers smelt like moth balls or damp, didn't smell fresh or clean. We were charged an extra €12 per person (even for a small child) for the breakfast. The breakfast had flies on the break and fruit so we couldn't eat that. The staff were not welcoming at all towards us. We came away from this hotel feeling sad that our holiday ended on this and I felt I needed to write this review as it isn't acceptable. If anyone had asked us how our stay was and been polite enough to say goodbye I would have aired it to them in private.

The lift doors opened onto a black threadbare carpet and black walls. Not a welcome sight. The suite was adequate but with little storage . The safe only worked when the a master key was provided. Outlook was onto rooves and the constant noise from an air conditioning unit kept us awake. The dining room looked inviting , however it wasn’t open during our stay. The hotel’s location saved the day, Grand Place and the adjacent place des heros are the beating heart of Arras.

Great place. Our duplex room facing the main square was fabulous. The staff and host were absolutely fantastic and would go extra mile to help, if needed. It is slap in the middle of town centre (mind the noise, though), so in walking distance of all central places. Parking outside is free, though not sure if it is valid on work days. Overall, if you are considering staying in Arras, I can easily recommend this place.

Fantastic location on one of the main squares with easy parking (across in the square - €17 for overnight). Close to some great bars and restaurants. Had a very quiet room towards back of hotel - large, comfortable bed and good shower. Communal areas looking slightly tired.

Un bon hôtel, nous avions une chambre très spacieuse avec une kitchenette. Les ustensiles de cuisine ont besoin d'être ajoutés, par exemple il n'y avait pas de couteau à pain ni d'ouvre-bouteille ni de tire-bouchon. Le petit déjeuner était bon par rapport au prix demandé.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé au coeur d'Arras. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Notre chambre un peu petite était agréable, calme et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais le choix était limité. Hôtel pratique pour passer une nuit agréable.
