Arrow Mill- Brunning and Price

Beautiful surroundings and lovely bar & restaurant area. Some of our dishes were lovely but really not to the standard you would expect. The biggest downfall is the service. Started with the gentleman greeting us who was really just rude. The service after that didn't get any better. Constantly had to call staff over for drinks, food etc. There were a lot of staff on and not many customers. Really was a shame as it ruined our visit.

What a lovely stay we had at Arrow Mill. I booked last minute as we were attending the Game Fair which was being held right on the doorstep at Ragley Hall. The staff were helpful, friendly and very accommodating, they couldn't do enough for us. We received a very warm welcome and were shown to our room. Our classic King room was lovely and clean with modern facilities and a nice big bathroom with double size shower. Toiletries, fluffy towels and slippers were provided. The bed was comfy which led to a good night's sleep! It did get quite hot in the room however we were provided with a Dyson fan which was a nice touch. We ate dinner in the restaurant, food was nicely presented and cooked really well, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was also very good with a nice selection to choose from. Again, the staff couldn't do enough for us. All in all, I'm really glad I managed to get a booking at this hotel and we'll be booking again for next year!

FIRST CLASS. We met for lunch and during the fine weather had a seat outside whilst waiting to go inside to eat. We ordered a lite bit which was absolutely delicious - followed by a fabulous cheesecake. The food, ambience and service are second to none. Top marks to the chefs for presentation which is always top of my list. Will be returning very soon. I fully recommend the Arrow Mill.
