Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Southwest/Littleton

I checked into this hotel via the mobile app and requested 4pm checkout. The app displayed my checkout time as 4pm. On checkout day I tried getting back in my room around 2:30pm and my mobile key had been deactivated. I went to the front desk and was told this hotel does not honor 4pm checkouts and I was charged and extra night because I had not left the room. The extra night was refunded, but I was made to immediately vacate the room. At no point was I ever told that 4pm would not be honored, and was operating under the assumption it was based on the app info. If this hotel does not want to honor Marriott benefits, they should not be operating under the Marriott umbrella. If they don’t want to abide by mobile app check in procedures, they should require guests to check in at the front desk so they can convey that they don’t follow Marriott policies.

We were looking for the best and most economical way to stay near Red Rocks Amphitheater and this is what we found. Seems to be a very new building. Everything worked great and it fit all of our needs. Wish all rooms were like this. Breakfast was great and we were on our way to the next stop

This was truly the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. I stayed with my two young babies for a nearby family wedding and the front desk person, Jhy, and the manager could not have been more rude and unhelpful. Jhy particularly seemed to get pleasure out of treating me and my family poorly. Every time I would ask her a question she acted as if I was being completely unreasonable and imposing on her. Despite me calling the hotel numerous times ahead of the trip to confirm that the hotel would have cribs and early check in available, we arrived at 12 and our rooms were not yet ready, but worse, the hotel did not have cribs. I have a 1 year old and a 7 week old baby. I had to go to a nearby Walmart to purchase pack n plays for my stay. Throughout this ordeal the front desk staff were nasty and unhelpful. On top of all of this, the manager charged me the incorrect rate for the night despite my email confirmation email. I urge Marriott to reconsider their hospitality standards if Jhy and the manager represent the brand. On a positive note, there was one woman working at night who was helpful and offered me a smile amidst all the chaos. She is appreciated and did a job well done.

This hotel is clean and was quiet. The staff were pleasant, friendly, helpful. Mattresses were just okay. Breakfast was good. This hotel is close to Red Rocks Amphitheatre so a great location if attending an event. Our only real complaint is we had no housekeeping services over our 3 night stay. The front desk was helpful in replacing towels the first day. On our last full day there housekeeping knocked around 9:30 a.m. We asked for 5-10 minutes to finish dressing. We left for several several hours, returning early afternoon to shower and prepare for an amphitheater event finding that our room was not cleaned. We chased down housekeeping for toilet paper and trash pick-up. We were told housekeeping comes every other day and replaces towels every other day. If this is accurate, maybe every other day for fresh towels is ok but it seems making beds and collecting trash should be a daily amenity. Also, if hotels are practicing recycling towels, it would be nice if they provided additional hooks or hangers for air drying. But overall, it was a pleasant stay and we recommend this Fairfield.

Beautiful property!!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!! I was greeted by Jacob at the front desk who was amazing and very helpful. Jacob went above and beyond making sure our stay was incredible!!! Desiree Velazquez the agm also greeted me upon arrival and was amazing as well . We had a couple of drinks at the hotel bar where Jimmy the bartender served us up some great adult beverages and gave us some awesome recommendations of areas to visit in Colorado. This will definitely be my go to place while visiting Littleton, Colorado.
