Club Esse Cala Bitta

Pool was nice and plenty of loungers and seats. Room was cool and functional otherwise everything was a bit disappointing. Loud music until at least 11pm meant we struggled to sleep. Mould seen on pancakes at breakfast. Drinks cups found in light fittings and bathroom very tired and in need of a deep clean. Bar area wasn’t aircon so too hot to sit inside. Staff functional and friendly enough but some things like cleaning floors whilst rush hour to get to breakfast weren’t well thought out.

Fantastic bedrooms and bathroom. New part of the hotel i guess.. Food was not good. Not much choices for kids. Coffee terrible. Location good if you have a car. Great restaurant la rocca close by. Great beach Baja few minutes drive. Close to aquapark- 5 min.

We spent 3 night at the hotel and to be honest it wasn’t so good, the price is kind of expensive for nothing. Even an Aron the hotel didn’t have to lend to me. The hostel has focus in family with kids so make sure you know that before you make your reservation. The breakfast was kind of good.

The place and management service let's the rest of the Club Esse organisation down severely!! We have experienced apartments had no hot water and were forced to have cold showers, the espresso machine in the outdated bar was broken and neither repaired or replaced so we weren't at all shocked at all the italians complaining! The photos on their website are not true to reality as they are taken from the opposite side of their little beach. The sea is not as clean and clear as pictured, in fact there are no photos of the mini port they have which contaminate the water, why is this hidden? We were welcomed by dog poo in various ares which isn't cleaned up, hence dries and remains for days. Infact we even found it outside our apartment door!! Nobody observes rules, as no one imposes them, hence fire escapes are being used as main entrances which are stopping air-conditioning working properly. The only positive side is a wonderful room maid called Carmen who did a fantastic job and the food was wonderful. The entertainment team were great but need to be trained on how to deal with bullies, yes there was bullying amongst some teenagers, but it was just ignored as some were favoured, which we found very disturbing. I think the way this resort is run needs to be really looked at IN DEPTH and at all angles! They risk losing many clients and the organisation will get a bad reputation! The worse part is that when we complained, their customer service manners were shocking and rude. I would recommend not booking this place.

Da non ripetere, hotel vecchio e scomodo con piscina impraticabile, ci sono entrata due vole e sono uscita con tagli sotto ai piedi. per non parlare delle camere vecchie e sporche, le foto allegate parlano. L'unica cosa un po' passabile i ragazzi dell'animazione anche se la seconda settimana erano pochi e non hanno praticamente svolto nessuna attività. una delle impiegate della reception sgarbata quando sono andata a chiedere se si poteva avere un'altra stanza e non ha fatto niente per venire incontro alla richiesta. Mai più.

Camere vecchie, sporche e puzzolenti. E non è una questione di prezzo ma di igiene! Penso di aver speso fin troppo per questo schifo. Camera in pineta con scarico della doccia non funzionante, ad ogni doccia si bagnava in pavimento. Pulizie inesistenti odore di polvere e fogna a tutte le ore. Si sente russare il vicino di stanza come se dormisse in stanza con te. Cibo buono, bravi i camerieri Lorenzo e Giacomino. Animazione scarsa. Bravi i ragazzi che guidano le navette che portano alle spiagge di baia sardinia e porto sole. Le foto dei cataloghi fanno riferimento solo alla parte già rinnovata della struttura. Fate attenzione e se potete evitate di venire qua perché se siete sfortunati come me (convinta fino all ultimo di essere nella parte nuova con mail di conferma del tour operator per poi avere una ulteriore mail qualche giorno prima della partenza con la sorpresa…) di finire nella parte vecchia avrete una settimana da incubo. Chiesto di cambiare la camera appena arrivata (mercoledì 11 settembre 2024) mi è stato detto che era tutto pieno, ad altri clienti arrivati qualche giorno dopo successo lo stesso episodio di sporcizia e schifo e a loro è stata poi cambiata la camera con una ristrutturata, non capisco queste differenze!
