Room and wash room was not clean. Complimentary breakfast was brought from outside and very ordinary quality. This property is not having restaurant.

Pathetic in cleanliness. TV was not working. Staffs were not at all heplful. They were very casual. Even if I am saying about anything they dont care.

Rooms and bathroom are big size, cleaned.
Overall good experience. They have their own parking space. Food served also good.

I journey start from Haldia to Asansol Junction then I book this Hotel at 10:30 PM. and anyone available this hotel because security guard sleeped and Hotel Receptionist sleeped then I call hotel's number then I entry.

Location not bad. Food is unavailable. Infrastructure of one time investment is too good. Pleasantly spacious and comfortable rooms. Services not good. Minute loopholes are a bit upsetting. I'd overall rate this 3. 5 out of 5.

The stay was alright and comfortable. Hotel people were supportive. Food was hygienic and delicious. Room was airy and spacious.

Hotel rooms are great and quite specious. But there is no restaurant available with the hotel, and there are no good restaurants are available neither nearby. So you have to reply on swiggy or zomato for any food. Which is quite hectic. And for having morning tea you have to dress up and go opposite side of the road. But staff behavior is quite good.
