Wonderful people, great breakfast, and comfortable and quiet room in a very good location. And the convenience of valet pathing for a fee certainly is an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This is a lovely old palazzo! We stayed here 2 nights. It was a bit of a challenge to find...GPS doesn't like these medieval towns! But we had a warm welcome. Lovely big room with a high ceiling. Very quiet. Very close to all the lovely piazzas, for which Ascoli is famous. Excellent hot-and-cold buffet for breakfast. And a great server who made us "custom" coffees! Grazie!

I was looking forward to staying here for a nearby family wedding. The location is great and central to the town, but the hotel housekeeping stole two items from my hanging makeup bag, a perfume and a mascara. The management implied I should look carefully through my bag. I am extremely neat and organized and the items were stolen. Plain and simple. I have given them some time to respond to my 68 euro request for reimbursement for replacements, but management has not replied. The toilet paper is rectangle crepe paper squares. The plaster is peeling. The bathrooms are dated. The towels are thin. The rooms are dark and the mattresses very old and lumpy. The A/C was not functioning. I simply cannot recommend the hotel (and we stayed in the very best room).

Wonderful location, 100m from the fantastic Piazza del Popolo. The hotel is a fading **** hotel, a bit austere and showing signs of wear and tear. Large room, smallish bathroom, working airco. Good breakfast. The check-out procedure seems to be worn out as well, this takes ages. Would we come back? Possibly.

Perfect hotel very close to the main piazza (which is a magical place). Lovely room, ample breakfast, helpful staff, easy parking (by valet), and comfortable all round. Highly recommended if you are in Ascoli Piceno (which you really should visit!).

We booked a junior suite and were delighted with an upgrade to room 37 an executive suite. Huge bed on the loft portion of the room. Big main room with sofa bed and the usual luxuries for this type of property. View out the window and main entrance added below. Nice walking areas in this downtown historic center location. Excellent staff. First class breakfast buffet. Note: Do not arrive on a Wednesday market day before 2pm. We circled the whole town twice because of an 11am arrival. Use valet parking for sure.

The central location in Ascoli Piceno is ideal for a city break. All the main sights of the city are accessible on foot from the hotel. I recommend the parking service if you have a car, it is speedy and convenient. The reception staff were uniformly charming and helpful and we had a great restaurant recommendation from them. Breakfast is comprehensive and caters for all tastes. The room we had was spacious and comfortable.

Directly situated in the centre in an old palace, very quiet, a big room, very clean bathroom, very friendly staff, a wonderful breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we will come back.

I stayed one night at hotel Guiderocchi with my family. We had a beautiful room. We were upgraded to a suite, with no additional cost. It was a superb room, with beautiful furniture. The breakfast was very nice, in the courtyard of the building. Exquisite!
