The first room we were assigned to AC wasn’t working. We got switched to another room that was a bit smaller but it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really good but the front desk person could be a bit more friendlier.

Let me say up front. This used to be a sleep in until the spring of 2024. I don't believe it's better as a Comfort inn & Suites. The afternoon girl at the desk was friendly. And at night at 9:30 or 10:00. I had people on the floor above me making a lot of noise and she managed to get them quiet by 10:30 but When you step out of the shower, be prepared because you are going to step lower getting out of the shower than you expect. So hang on to the bar and don't **** your arm out of place. The air conditioner vent was covered with plastic to blow them air towards the bed, but it was hard to raise the plastic to change the temperature in the room. I would give this hotel a. C ee possibly a c+ if I had to rate it that way

The stay was very basic. There was no clock. The tub had nothing to keep me from slipping. By far te worst part is they charged my an extra $100 two days after the stay. I did not trash the room. I did get room service or overstay. What gives? I feel quite violated!

I love this place! The reception is so posh! I love the breakfast. We stayed for a night and I wished we could have stayed for longer. I felt comfortable and my baby too! I love the idea that even it is a small hotel, they have an indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym. What more can you ask for?

For a room costing over $160 total. NO luggage stand. NO iron or ironing board. NO soap shelf in shower. NO toilet paper holder. NO clock in room. NO TV channel listing. Took a gold trimmed "box" to the front desk, she said it was the clock. And she asked where was the cable? NO clock cable. She said would take care of it. Stayed FOUR days... no clock. Food service was good, and both waffle makers were working this time.

We had a wonderful stay last year, so we looked forward to returning. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our memories. Our room was located on the first floor adjacent to the elevator and lobby, across the hall from the ice machine and breakfast nook—the worst location, as the noise was continuous. I should have trusted my instincts and asked for a different room, because the worst was yet to come. The room itself was clean but tired (musty smell and a lumpy bed). The tv was blurry like snow and the shower tap leaked in an echoey bathroom. We heard a lot of noise from the room upstairs, but fortunately it died down around 11pm. We were rudely awakened at 6:30 am by sharp beeping from the hallway which became incessant. Later on we discovered that this offensive noise was being emitted from the waffle iron in the breakfast nook!

Came in town for a wrestling tournament. Bought food/drinks for the following day, fridge in hotel didn’t work, so everything went to waste. AC in the room also didn’t work, stayed at a lovely 80 degrees. Contacted front desk, they did nothing about it. Made sure to say something again at check out. Was told they let the owner know, I was never was contacted by the owner. Indoor pool was also freezing, so kid couldn’t swim.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel. The staff was friendly the rooms and hotel needed to be updated. However, overall the rooms were clean. The issue I encountered was that my daughter and I were sent to the wrong room twice. Each time my key card opened the rooms which were already occupied by someone else. As we were leaving the second room. The lady from the front desk was coming down the hall saying she was sorry because she realized the second room she sent me to was also already occupied by someone. She then went on to say that it was the hotel’s fault. My concern in this day and time is safety. I'm thankful that in each incident the people occupying the rooms didn't resort to defending first and asking questions later. My stay was September 15th - 17th.

This hotel changed my mind about Sleep Inns. Our family of four had a great visit here for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The queen suite was spacious and gave us plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. We didn’t use any of the other amenities. We’d stay here again!
