Very clean and comfy beds

Upon our arrival, we were finally given a room we tried to get in someone was already in that room. I had to walk back down to the lobby so we could be issued another room. I will say that the bed was comfortable in the room was clean and breakfast was pretty good the next morning.

Price doesn't meet expectations Check In the lady got upset when I asked for a receipt of the full amount they charged to my card, or in writing somewhere what they charged because the deposit was pulled from my account right away. The lady continued to argue with me until she finally printed a card charge receipt. I get that hotels do a deposit but for the amount to not be on anything was not okay with me. The pool was nice, temperature was warm area was clean. Returned to our room around 9:30 pm to shower and go to bed. The shower head sprayed across the entire bathroom like a sprinkler. They changed our room, so we packed everything back up and moved rooms. Walls are thin.... Was woken by our neighbors.
