Hotel Al Khaima

Nice hotel within walking distance from the town centre. Comfortable, clean room - the door wouldnt stay shut unless it was locked. I was looking forward to the pool, but we couldnt use it for some reason. Restaurant food was ok, service a bit slow.

A comfortable stay in this modern hotel just outside the town. Comfortable en suite rooms with balconies overlooking the sea (there is a road inbetween). We dined in the restaurant two nights and the food was very good. The pool had a problem while we were there so no able to use it which was disappointing. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I was travelling alone and stumbled upon this place thinking I might take a drink. I had the most wonderful welcome and got taken to a table by the pool. The menu looked good, so decided to try the seafood tagine. WOW. Honestly, the best tagine I have had. The seafood was so fresh and the calamari rings were incredible. A mixture of prawns, swordfish, white fish and squid. I got chatting to the owner whilst he was tending to the garden. He obviously takes a lot of care, the garden was so beautiful and he brought me fresh flowers for the table. I ended up spending the day there and relaxed by the pool and took a swim. I wish I had booked here instead of my apartment as it is difficult for a female solo traveller to find relaxed spaces to sunbathe and feel comfortable alone at the beach. The care, attention and hospitality at this hotel is 10/10. I loved the music too that came on early evening, they were getting ready for a birthday party on the terrace overlooking the sea, so nice, what a fantastic venue for a celebration! Alcohol is not served in this part of the hotel, or the restaurant which I thought was very respectful towards the local people. I would 100% book this hotel for a future visit to Asilah and I thank you so much to the owner Sharif and his staff for looking after me so well :)

on a séjourné à l'hôtel pendant 3 nuits , à notre arrivée on était mal reçu par le réceptionniste Mustapha pas de bien venu ni bonjour en plus après vérification de notre réservation il nous a dit qu'il n y a pas de chambre disponible avec grand lit au rez de chaussée , alors que nous avons un bébé qu'on transporte avec la poussette, il nous a donné une chambre au 1er étage vu sur plage mais pas adaptable à une famille vu que la porte du balcon est cassée donc risquée pour mon enfant de 5ans en plus des escaliers, après que nous avons insisté sur notre demande et nous avons refusé cette chambre il nous a donné une chambre au rez de chaussée alors qu'au départ il a complétement refusé, lorsqu'on demandé pour le paiement il nous a mal répondu, en plus le petit dej est à améliorer

Idéalement situé face à la mer, l'hôtel est agréable, au calme, et l'ensemble est d'une grande propreté. Accueil agréable, et service impeccable par un personnel aux petits soins. Les chambres sont très confortables et reposantes avec tout le nécessaire requis pour un séjour réussi. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et excellent. Wi-Fi efficace, belle piscine dans un joli jardin. Et pour les amis motards parking sécurisé gardé. Vraiment une belle et bonne adresse à Assilah.

Je dois dire que mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement décevant. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par un personnel peu sympathique à la réception, ce qui a créé une atmosphère peu chaleureuse dès le départ. Cependant, cela n'était rien comparé à ce que nous avons découvert dans notre chambre. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été complètement gâchée par la présence de cafards dans la chambre. C'était extrêmement répugnant et inacceptable. Trouver des insectes nuisibles dans un hébergement est un manquement grave en matière d'hygiène et cela a sérieusement compromis notre confort et notre tranquillité d'esprit. En outre, le petit déjeuner proposé était loin d'être satisfaisant. La qualité des aliments laissait à désirer et le choix était très limité. Les produits étaient fades et peu appétissants, ce qui est vraiment dommage car le petit déjeuner est censé être un moment agréable pour commencer la journée
