Nice room friendly staff, good onsen. The bathrooms are shared and one needs to get used to sleep on a futon.

Stayed in the Japanese style room with futon bed and no bathroom in the annex building. Hotel room is clean and cosy. There are a total of 6 private bath facilities, which are good but a little too small in my opinion. I'm not used to sleeping on the futon bed. Would book the normal western bed next time.

we did not sleep well as room that we were given had stale food smell which linger for whole night! would not recommend staying there

酒店服務很好，員工很好，位置很好，只是酒店房沒有沖涼房比較不方便，你必須到樓下公共浴室洗澡

没有獨立浴室不方便。四至五人住的房间面积太小。加床没有加被，服務不佳。晚上10点已没有前枱服务，很不方便。
