had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the underground, which made getting around the city really easy. The building itself is beautiful, with a charming garden that adds a peaceful touch to the atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety to start the day. I also really enjoyed the bar in the evenings – it had a cozy vibe and great service. Overall, the hotel was clean, welcoming, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended

The place was amazing , approximately 8-10 mins walk to metro station. Quiet place and friendly staff.

Really nice place , near to carrefour , about 10 minutes drive to downtown .

The female in the reception in first day very nice and upgraded my room to junior suite and changed my room to room with better ac. But the fat man in the second day very bad. He can't be a receptionist he didn't answer my greeting and pretend that he is busy and I am almost alone in the hotel may be because I am from middle East so it's not recommended for arab people

The hotel looks luxurious, but somehow very old. The wall and washroom is a bit dirty

Stayed for 2 nights, 2 rooms. Staff that we were in contact - reception people and bar tender - were very friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately, hotel needs urgent rehabilitation; it looks like in the 90's, furniture, bathroom, elevators, almost everything looks outdated and weared, stains and scratches on the walls in the rooms and lobby. On top of that, our room was not properly clean, with remains of insect kills and even spider webs on the ceiling. Fortunately, for the second night the spyder web was removed. The hotel shows a 4star S sign at the entrance, which doesn't reflect at all reality. Would't repet experience, nor recommend it to other travellers.
