Le Cattedrali Relais by Laqua Collection

I would like to express my deep disappointment and frustration with an incident that occurred during my recent stay at Le Cattedrali Relais. I chose your new place for my stay because it is owned by a you, 3-star Michelin chef. I already tried the Bistrot in Torino where I enjoyed the food and service. Top Class! Given the high standards and exceptional reputation associated with his establishments, I expected a similar level of excellence at this hotel. It was for a special date for our couple. On June 1st, I checked out after 2 days of stay. We had a very good time and great experience till then. Unfortunately, I did forget 2 items in the cupboard: a jacket and a raincoat. I noticed the incident when I reached home in Switzerland. I felt my first dissatisfaction. I should have been called by the hotel as soon as they noticed that I left personal items in the room. Nevertheless, I called the hotel, and they only found my jacket. The raincoat disappeared; in simple words it was stolen . This incident has caused me significant inconvenience and distress, particularly given the value and sentimental attachment to the item. Following the theft, I promptly reported the incident to the staff. Unfortunately, I was met with an unprofessional and unsatisfactory response. The customer service I received was not at the level I would expect from a luxury hotel even from hotel director. Specifically: - There was a lack of urgency and concern regarding the theft. - The staff provided inconsistent information and failed to follow up as promised. - I was not offered any form of compensation or assistance, leaving me to handle the situation on my own. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel regarding this matter, I have not received any updates or confirmation about the possibility of retrieving my jacket. The lack of communication and inability to ship the jacket back to me have further compounded my frustration and disappointment. I did need to ask a 3rd party to support me in this case to get back my jacket. Very Very horrible situation and experience

Ho alloggiato due notti nel relais e fin dall’arrivo ho respirato un’atmosfera di eleganza e armonia. Gli interni firmati da Lorena Martin Faldini, curati in ogni dettaglio, uniscono design moderno, opere d’arte e colori che trasmettono serenità. Le camere sono spaziose, accoglienti e impeccabili nella pulizia, mentre ogni angolo della struttura racconta attenzione e raffinatezza. Lo splendore del verde, così naturale, incornicia la piscina e l’hotel regalando una sensazione di pace e benessere. Il personale, sempre cordiale e professionale, rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il ristorante è eccellente: menù ricercato, agnello cotto alla perfezione e una degustazione di vini selezionata con grande competenza. Consiglio inoltre di visitare la galleria di Massimo Cotto all’interno del relais, un autentico valore aggiunto che completa un’esperienza unica.

L’arrivée à Le Cattedrali Relais est grandiose. Situé à seulement quelques kilomètres de la ville d’Asti , se Resort fait parti de la collection d’hôtels et restaurants du grand chef italien Antonino CANNAVACCIUOLO. La propriété est immense. La piscine unique. Les chambres et suites sont sublimes avec un décor contemporain luxueux et lumineux. Notre suite loft spacieuse et judicieusement décoré offrait une vue sur la piscine et la forêt. Deux douches dans un même espace était à notre disposition. Le lavabo taillé directement dans un bloc de marbre de carrare nous a beaucoup impressionné. Le dressing,le salon,le coin sommeil, la terrasse offrent une ambiance zen et harmonieuse. Le restaurant étoilé dirigé par le Chef exécutif Gianluca Renzi et sa brigade est absolument délicieux.A déguster sans modération : -Le thon rouge en bagna cauda. -Le pigeon, ail noir, cacahuètes salées et cristaux de Nebbiolo d’Alba. -L’Agneau ,patate douce, moutarde et roquette -Le tiramisù au limoncello Cette notre deuxième fois dans un établissement by Laqua collection.Nous avons séjourné aussi au "vaisseau amiral" villa Crespi. L’année prochaine nous irons en Toscane. Merci pour un service plus que parfait.

Da dove cominciare... è difficile trovare le parole per descrivere le sensazioni e le emozioni vissute qui a "Le Cattedrali". Ieri, 8 giugno, è stato il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e per l'occasione ci siamo regalati questo magnifico viaggio i cui sapori possiamo sentirli ancora oggi. Abbiamo preso due menù "Riflessi" a cui abbiamo abbinato un'ottima degustazione di formaggi. Ogni piatto, una vera e propria opera d'arte... ogni piatto un'esplosione di sapori. E cosa dire sul personale di sala... preparati, professionali, simpatici...bravi tutti. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Un luogo veramente molto bello. Una splendida architettura. Abbiamo mangiato al bistrot perché al ristorante non c’era più posto. Un ottimo vitello tonnato. Non favolosi i calamari. Discreta la mousse. Considerando che i piatti escono dalla stessa cucina della stella mi aspettavo meglio. Grande cantina con prezzi con troppo ricarico. Personale gentilissimo.

Una location elegante e moderna per il bistrot di Cannavacciuolo, servizio da stella piena e un bel menù, poco comfort food mano moderna, una cucina attuale, che spinge sui sapori, tonno, ravioli e seppia da premiare e un piccione che potrebbe essere un dipinto da quanto è bello. Non do cinque solo perché avendo il tavolo vicino alla cucina si sente ogni rumore o urla provenienti dalla stessa… sicuramente migliorabile. Per il resto ottimo lavoro! ⭐️
