Astypalaia Hotel Palace

Excellent friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean & comfortable with fresh toiletries every day. The views from the balcony were amazing & the hot tub outside provided refreshing relief from the walk back in the heat. Breakfasts were very good with items regularly replenished. Accommodation well placed to walk to village & bus stop. Supermarket, fruit & veg shop along with tavernas, bars, souvenir, delicatessen & clothes shops all within walking distance. You can also walk up to the castle or down to the port from this accommodation although there are many steps. If we returned to Astypalea we would not hesitate to book here again.

i can confirm every review about this hotel: clean, very good breakfast and perfect position near chora (5 minutes walk) and close to main beaches. And finally i've really appreciated hotel staff, they are friendly and professional !

Returned to Astypalia hotel after not being able to go for last couple of years. It was still as good as we remember. The views are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is varied each day and the choices are good. Marie who runs the hotel is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone we came into contact with at the hotel was very friendly. Can’t wait to go back next year.

We spent 2 weeks here in mid-May - which wasn't a problem as far as the hotel was concerned - but the island doesn't really open until June Good room with a pool (the only one) fantastic views , and half way up from the port to the castle. Very obliging staff and friendly disposition

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 12 notti in occasione di una vacanza ad Astypalea, isola ancora "quasi" al di fuori degli itinerari turistici di massa. La struttura si presenta molto bene e gode di una vista superlativa sulla Chora e sul vecchio porto. La camera era spaziosa e pulita con macchina del caffè a disposizione. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Questa recensione attribuisce 4 stelle anziché 5 come incentivo al miglioramento visto che l'hotel ha tutte le potenzialità: il frigo in camera era molto rumoroso tanto da doverlo spegnere di notte. La colazione infine non era adeguata allo standard delle camere sia per quantità che varietà. Le uova ad esempio erano sempre fredde. A nostro avviso questo dipendeva dal fatto che ad occuparsi di tutto era una ragazza che da sola doveva attendere a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. Ragazza gentilissima, sempre disponibile ma, appunto, da sola. Possiamo dire comunque di essere rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti della location e dell'isola.

Le personnel est très gentil et toujours avec des bons conseils! Vue magnifique! L hôtel est calme est bien situé, nous pouvons aller à pied aux moulins de chora, mais il est placé dans un endroit calme ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des plats locaux! Très propre! En plus, ils viennent vous accueillir à l airport et vous ramènent en partant!
