ナイル川から程近くにぎやなか場所にあります。夜遅くまで明るいです。ホテルは古いですがそれなりに綺麗です。エアコンはそんなに効かないし、入室してから付けるので、寝る時にも布団がポカポカ、、朝早いチェックアウトでしたが、朝食も準備していただきました。ありがとうございました。

門口是阿斯旺最大的Souk，買一些零食和水、咖啡很方便，當然要砍價。酒店房間設施和衞生就是招待所水平吧，但是服務真的很好！前台有一個會説中文的女孩子，真的太可愛了！對國人非常非常友好！給我們介紹好吃的餐廳，還提醒我們早起去阿布辛貝勒趕不上酒店早餐的話，酒店可以給打包早餐！酒店離尼羅河很近，溜達着10來分鐘，如果心情好，可以溜達到肯德基，沿河有些當地餐廳也可以試試，就是這個季節河邊風大，有點涼～阿斯旺的酒店，基本就是兩個極端，這裏性價比可以的。但是酒店每天會停電一小時，不知道為什麼，另外就是蚊子很多！娃被咬的挺可憐的…大家要來的話做好防護～

酒店外部區域環境太差，夜間人聲鼎沸。酒店設施老舊，酒店不提供牙刷牙膏，塑料袋包裝的洗髮露如沒有剪刀則幾乎無人能夠徒手將其撕開，洗髮露塑料袋堅固驚人，房間熱水非常有限，如不抓緊時間在五分鐘內洗完便自動體驗沖涼過程。酒店服務人員非常好，有求必應，態度和藹可親，並有會中文的服務人員。

駅やモールに近く便利。 設備は古く清潔感も無い。エアコンやテレビのリモコンは汚くて触るに抵抗感ある。 お値段的には残念。

衞生條件很差，房間的空調跟轟炸機一樣，轟隆隆你完全沒法睡覺，還有一點，攜程特別坑，默認是按人頭算房間價格，所以你是兩個人的話，你對比一下攜程訂要比其他平台便宜一點，但是，如果你是兩個人，你就得再補幾一個人的住宿費，無論你訂的房間再大，坑人得很

#好評#對交通方便程度，鄰近活動滿意；#負評#對走廊隔音失望；酒店紧挨着集市一条街，靠街的房间会比较吵，凌晨两三点楼下还有人说话。早餐很简单，面包果酱鸡蛋黄油酸奶香蕉一枚，茶牛奶果汁饮品不限量。住客多为本地人，也有个别老外，离火车站近，步行距离，房间一般般，面积小，设施老旧，热水空调还算够力。没有牙具拖鞋，床品还算干净。只相当于国内二星级水准，却卖出国内三星四星级价格，我也是服了。但阿斯旺酒店的行情基本这样，也有当地人住的六十块的房间，脏兮兮你敢住吗？

We stayed here one night after visiting Abu Simbel. It is a small hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. They were able to speak fluent english. Room was small but comfortable and spotless. They even helped us order a vegetarian pizza from a nearby restaurant

The hotel is the perfect spot to roam around the city in a budget. It is in the center of the city and you can find all your needs accessible and in readonable prices. Mona the receptionist and everyone at the front desk was super friendly. Mona was really helpful in arranging our bus tour to Abusimble and to our final airport destination and for giving recommendations about the best food places nearby The drawback of the hotel is the noise coming from street shops and local vendors but it was managable once we submitted a complaint about it.

I don't recommend this hotel. When I arrived, the reservation team told me that there is no refund if I paid the full amount and decided to check out before the resident period, so the recommended to pay on daily basis. After 2 days of my resident, they informed me that the rate has increased suddenly based on a decision taken by the finance manager. The breakfast is very poor and repeated daily. the late check out cost you half night fees. the facilities are not comfortable at all. The only good thing in the hotel is the reception team, and to be more specific, only 2 females from the reception. لا أنصح بالنزول في هذا الفندق، عند الوصول قام مسئولي الحجز بأنني إذا كنت غير متأكد من تاريخ المغادرة فيوصى بالسداد يومياً لتجنب خصم كامل المبلغ المستحق في حالة حجز فترة معينة والمغادرة قبلها لأنه غير مسموح بإسترداد مبالغ مالية، وفي أثناء إقامتي أبلغوني أن سعر الغرفة قد إرتفاع فجأة وبدون أي مقدمات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك فإن المستوى العام للفندق لا يرقى إلى سعره. الميزة الوحيدة بالفندق هي موظفي الريسبشن.. الفرش ضعيف جداً، الفطار عبارة عن طبق فول وقطعة جبن وخيار ورغيفين خبز يومياً. المغادرة المتأخرة تستوجب دفع مبالغ إضافية

Cleopatra Hotel is wonderful place to stay. All staff persons Mona, Omnia, Manar and its General Manager Mr Alla -are well mannered and disciplined . Food quality is nice and cleanliness up to the mark.😊

The hotel is situated in a good location which is closed to the mall and railway station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeper. She left a Thank You note when I put some tips on the table for her. The room is very basic with no free water, kettle and coffee bag/tea bags provided. TV channels are limited but have English movies to watch. The bathroom needs some upgrading and the shower area is very small and difficult to bath. Hot water supply is good. The carpet is very dusty as well as the table and chair outside the balcony. The hotel needs to work on all the doors as I have to use strength to open and close which create a lot of noises. During my stay, my neighbours came back very late and were banging the doors in the middle of the night which disrupted my sleep. The restaurant doesn't open till late as told. I went down at 5pm and was told that they do not serve dinner but there were few groups of local tourists sitting there. Overall it is still an ok hotel but needs some improvement on their premises.

The hotel was clean, it had all the basic necessities, the location Great! But the best part of our experience was the amazing staff members. Specially Ahmed Shahawy the hotel manager. My wife and I were supposed to stay for only one night, but she ended up getting sick with bronchitis and laryngitis. She ended up in the emergency room. Ahmed was there with us every step of the way, he took us to the hospital, to the specialist, to the pharmacy and back to the hotel. He accommodated us on a bigger more comfortable room. I tried to give him a $200 USD tip but he refuse the tip. He said “I am just doing my job” We had to extend our stay for a week or so or until my wife was strong enough to travel. Every day we were there, the staff members asked how my wife was doing, they went out of their way to make special teas and food that were not in the menu and took it to our room. I also like to thank the night staff clerk who went in on his day off to take my wife and I to the follow up appointments to translate. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name. I attempted to tip him and his response was “ no need for that, it was my pleasure to help you”. We were treated with care and kindness and for that we will always we grateful.

Hotel is good and staff are polite. We went for Abu simbel, Philea temple and high dam with hotel provided Cab. For Abu Simbel they charged 400 Egyptian pounds and 350 Egyptian pounds for philea temple and high dam. It’s good and throughout stay we enjoyed

Was looking for cheap and clean hotel to sta for 2 nights at Aswan while in business . Saw several 1 star and hostals but didnt like any. Then decided to look at this one. Find it a good deal for price and quality almost same price as hostals but include nice breakfast and rooms are really clean. First night thought to try superior room but find no big difference after check in by few hours and the economy room.with terrace. So asked to move stay to economy with terrace but manager refsed and say i can switch only next morning. Thanks to God I paid only one night upon check in. So next morning after breakfas moved to economy room. Rae is cheap. Room is good. Bit old but very clean and also very clean bed cheats and toilet. Breakfast was not buffet style due to very low reservations on these days. The offer few cheese clices, one boiled egg, one triangular cheese, one plate of fava beans (Foul), one yougurt , one butter, one honey, one Jam as well as bread. Tea and coffee are free on buffet. Service in restaurant is very good, very nice and polite waiters, asked them to change boiled egg to omlet, and to heat up.fava beans more and get me more bread they did all wih nice smile. I really liked the hotel for the value paid and service. Also front office staff are very nice and helpfull. Room service and house keeping are very good and polite. Really recommended
