Best modern hotel that I ever stayed! The furnishing and space is excellent! Love the coffee making tools and process. Only down side is the parking is slight a walking distance away.

Room was nicely designed with a sofa corner and terrace. There was also a free drink corner and rooftop terrace. However, there was only indoor onsen and this is a self service hotel without any staff on site for reservation.

No staff at the reception. All concerns and check in process will be done thru their online counters.

We are very appreciative that there were enough space for the 3 of us to be comfortable. And for us to enjoy the view of Atami

Newly opened hotel in the heart of Atami town. Recommend it as the room is very modern and clean. Spacious for Japanese hotel standards

Although some people may feel that it’s a hassle to do online check-in without a ‘proper’ hotel front desk assistance, we didn’t have any issues. We could submit our personal details via our mobile phones anywhere anytime prior arriving. Then upon arriving, using the PIN sent to our emails, we could smoothly enter the entrance. At the lobby, there were tablets, for each guests to take their picture for verification to the information we had submitted beforehand. Then we were connected to a call centre which asked us some simple questions then it was done. We loved that there were free flow of hot & cold drinks, alcohol and non-alcohol, free flow chocolates/sweets/japanese nuts available. We were a group of 7, so we used the common space for our meals. The rooms were huge for Japan standards with a small sink, dining table attached. Each booking came with a car park lot. The car park is just a 2-3 minutes drive away and we just parked accordingly to our room number. I cannot be more pleased with my stay here and will definitely recommend friends to stay here.

Although location is not closed to station, the quiet and clean and new hotel …we feel very relax to stay there !

入住流程簡單，只需要預先輸入好相關資料，便可順利完成check in手續 所有房間都面對海景，景觀一流 房內乾淨，設備齊全 浴室熱水即開即熱 如果再去熱海，一定會再入住

チェックインは意外とスムーズでした。部屋も広くて使いやすかったですが、微妙だなと思った点は以下の通りです。リピートはしないかもしれません。 ・大浴場のロッカーが8つ中2つ故障している。 ・洗い場が4つしかなく基本的に立ってシャワーを浴びるスタイル。椅子はあるけどシャワーフックと高さが合わないので使いにくい。洗い場のブース内に鏡がない。 ・お湯の温度が熱くて入っていられない。周りの人も同じ反応でした。排水の音がゴウゴウうるさくてヒーリングミュージックは聞こえない。 ・自動販売機にアルコール類が一切無い。ラウンジのフリードリンクは22時で撤去されるのでコンビニで買い忘れると面倒。

我們訂的是92號房，是衝著花火大會而來的。之前看到有人評論説入住登記過程不友好，但我們的體驗卻是很好的。入住前就收到酒店發來的電郵讓我們提前上載護照，提前登記好了。電郵也清楚寫了入酒店大門門的密碼，很容易就在大堂的筆記電腦辦理好入住手續了。停車場的位置也清楚指示了。 孩子們看到免費提供的飲料和小零食都很開心。當我們站在露台看着花火那一刻更是激動。雖然入住當天的費用真的不便宜，但aq覺得也值了。

非常不錯的體驗，入住流程還是比較簡單的。房間非常的整潔，整體的設施看起來非常新，房間面朝大海，大大的落地窗，起床就可以遠眺熱海海灣，非常愜意。 一樓飲料吧會及時補充，有問題其實也是有工作人員來幫助解決的。 B1的澡堂人不多，也是非常的乾淨，遊玩一天泡個湯還是非常舒服的。 頂樓有天台可以躺在網床上看星星，二樓甚至還有party room，小童讀物以及辦公小隔間，真的是很周到了。

房間很乾凈，設施也很好。酒店提供免費的軟飲和酒水也是非常OK的。底下一層有大浴場，泡泡澡能治癒一天的旅途疲勞哦👌
