Fairfield Inn & Suites Athens I-65

This was our third time staying here because it is a nice place. The staff that we dealt with was very pleasant. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The entrance on the right end of the building had a slight odor this time, this is the carpeted end of the hallway. It was no big problem. It was rainy the evening we checked in and it could have been damp from everyone walking in and out. The elliptical in the exercise room was the best I have ever used in any hotel over the years. In fact the entire area was very good. We hope Marriott keeps their no pet policy. That is also a reason we keep coming back. We will stay here again when passing though as we do yearly.

I love staying at this hotel when visiting family. The staff is always nice and provides excellent customer service. Dawn went over and beyond making sure that my stay there was excellent. I was greeted with a smile each time I saw her. The hotel is always clean and smell so good. This is a family friendly place and they always put customers first. I cannot wait to return when I’m there visiting family. Thank you Dawn for taking care of me.

The amenities are a bit outdated and worn. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. My biggest complaint was the air conditioner. It was so noisy that I could not have it on while I slept, and In Alabama that’s a big problem. Breakfast was typical.

We are here to visit with family and friends. We had no housekeeping today, and the internet tv is out!! The coffee maker they showed looks like a Keurig bout it not!! We paid 1300 for 7 days. Of course, no one is available in management to speak with. Totally dissatisfied.

My stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites was a pleasant experience! The staff at the front desk, are always friendly and willing to accommodate you with any needs you may have. Our room was very clean and was restocked everyday with fresh towels by the friendly staff in housekeeping. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and breakfast in the mornings. The exercise room was also very clean and machines were easy to use. I would definitely recommend the Fairfield Inn to anyone passing through Athens!

This was our second stay here at this hotel. We returned because the first time we had a pleasant stay. We stayed on the fist floor this time and enjoyed the convenience of not having to use the elevators. This time the bed seemed almost a little too soft, however, I slept okay. Several of the electrical outlets in our room were very worn. Overall our stay was good and we will stay again when passing through Athens.

By far the best hotel of our trip. Super clean with plenty of space. I assumed all hotels were fairly standard size, but this was bigger in both hallways and the rooms/bathrooms. Breakfast was great. Danielle was awesome and helpful at breakfast. The staff was all nice and helpful.

Very pretty and comfortable hotel conveniently located off I-65. The furnishings were new, nicely designed and coordinated. While a bit pricey at just shy of $200.00/ night, a king suite suited our needs perfectly. A comfortably dressed king bed, a conveniently large walk-in shower, and a room designed with the bed/sleeping area in the center of the room, instead of near the window, provided less noise and light coming in from the adjacent parking lot. Breakfast was generous, tasty, warm, and much appreciated. Easy to find assorted dining nearby. Will consider returning the next time we are in this area.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Athens Ala Really enjoyed the stay Staff made us feel like we were home away from home room was very clean and comfortable the front desk staff was very nice and helpful I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs and want to be treated great and with respect...Loved the Stayed ❤️
