Very nice hotel but not that good location. It can gwt dangerous at night but the metro is near and for the price is really good.

My adult daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights as a girls escape. The room was okay. The bathroom was really small and there’s no counter space in it. The kitchenette was perfect. The location was close to the Metro and famous attractions. Be careful about coming back to late in the evening. The sidewalk/roads get pretty dark. If we stayed again, we hope we’d get a larger room.

It was a very nice equipped apartment! The only problem is, at weekend the bar opposite the hotel, has live music! So take oropax with you. The breakfast was delivered in time and it was enough to start in the day. Parking space is at the next street but the door is not looked over the night.

I enjoyed my time here and I will come back again, thank you.

This was a great hotel! Loved every about it. The room.was.clean and comfortable..very quiet as well..what I loved the most was the staff! Evalina and Maria were so helpful and nice. Their service was top notch! I'm.definately coming back

Never written a negative review before, but room 002 in the Newel is the noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. On ground floor with window about 8ft above street level and a pavement's width from road. Windows had ventilation space underneath which allowed even the quietest noise in from outside, but is was never quiet. Constant mopeds, cars and vans passing outside, including all night, a Bar directly opposite across only 30ft of street. Very loud music until 2am on friday and saturday and then staff coming out around 3am, chatting, getting into cars and shouting their goodbyes. On one morning, a street market, with stalls directly under the window setting up before 6am, vans, shouting and scaffolding for awnings. And the main front door crashing shut everytime it was used. I expect some noise in hotels, it happens. But how Newel can let room 002 with a clear conscience is beyond me. We asked the very disinterested Receptionist is we might swap rooms, she said NO, despite the hotel not being full. The roof top breakfast bar was closed for several days, so packets of stuff delivered to rooms instead, luckily we took our own tea/coffee and milk as there was none. Eventually we managed to order breakfast for 8am, but it was late that day and we left without it. I would warn everyone to avoid room 002, I can't speak for the other rooms, but imagine all the street facing ones would suffer from the same noise levels

This is a newer hotel, very small (only about 14 rooms). Very clean with amazingly friendly staff. Each room has a small safe, kitchenette with fridge, dishes and complimentary tea and coffee. For such a small place, breakfast is very good with real fresh fruit salad and you can get special coffees made. Some areas around are a little sketch but a five minute walk to the train station, a three minute walk to the Hop On bus and about 25 minutes to the Acropolis. There is a great restaurant right across the street with very good food.

We stayed in the hotel for a week in August 2023 and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is great, particularly Alex, the manager, who did everything to make us feel at home. The hotel room is very cozy, sort of a small apartment, and breakfast is very tasty. The area is not the best, but if you take the metro you avoid walking through weird streets. Summing up, highly recommended!

Struttura nuova vicino alla metropolitana ma in un quartiere pessimo, malfamato. Pulizie mai fatte in tre giorni, ne cambio di asciugamani ( li abbiamo dovuti richiedere), inaccettabile. La Colazione viene portata in camera perché non hanno una sala colazioni ma è tutto freddo, riproposte le stesse cose per tre giorni ( anche i salumi, formaggi immangiabili). Abbiamo chiesto di scaldare almeno il latte, ne hanno scaldata solo una tazza per 4. Insomma pessima esperienza.

1. В апартаментах отсутствует сковородка и нож, есть только кастрюля. Нож нам потом дали, а сковородку нет, приготовить почти ничего нельзя 2. Полное отсутствие шумоизоляции 3. Стеклянная прозрачная дверь в туалете - через нее все видно 4. Заезд с 15, а выезд до 11 утра - разница достаточно большая, обычно она составляет час-два в других отелях 5. Нет микроволновки, можно греть еду только в огромной кастрюле, которая одна на весь номер Больше всего не понравилось отсутствие сковороды - мы переплатили за апартаменты и не имели возможности полноценно готовить пищу. Из плюсов: вежливый персонал, красивый интерьер, простой, но вкусный завтрак

Hôtel à éviter. Au check in il m'a été demandé de signer un formulaire pour une caution de 100 € en cas de dommage ce formulaire devait inclure mon numéro de carte bleue... J'ai annulé ma réservation évidemment et j'attends un remboursement.
