Not Hotel

Una auténtica basura. Empezamos porque no contestan a los mails hasta que los reclamas, el check-in es eterno y tienes que rellenar tú mismo todos los formularios. Tienes que hacerlo todo por una aplicación que tienes que instalar en el móvil, que funciona "a veces". Una de las persianas opacas dejó de funcionar. Vino en recepcionista de noche y la terminó de romper, mientras tenía conversaciones privadas por su otro teléfono con una persona que no paraba de llamarle a la que terminó hablando de malas maneras. Obviamente, esto era a la 1 AM y la opción de llamar a mantenimiento ya no era viable. El desayuno es para hacer fotos pero lo que menos te apetece comer por la mañana. Si quieres un triste zumo o incluso azúcar, parece que lo tienes que mendigar. Te dicen que no hay TV para que sea un espacio de relax pero te obligan a estar pegado a un móvil. Pero claro, es más barato poner un tocadiscos de 180 euros que una televisión de 1000. No hay gel de ducha ni champú sino una pastilla de jabón, que sumados al diseño de la ducha, parece que estás en una cárcel. Y podría seguir... como con el moho de la piscina, que te quita cualquier gana de bañarte en ella. En definitiva, parece que es un hotel de lujo pero no llega ni a pensión de mala muerte

My wife and I experienced a fabulous time at this remarkable establishment. The rooms are very spacious, ambient, and very tastefully decorated with beautiful art and outstanding books in English that would benefit any traveller to Athens. All the amenities were high tech and also afforded standard means, such as a key, for those who are uncomfortable opening their doors, window blinds, air conditioners with an app. The free breakfast platter menu was outstanding that also provided a la carte options for all tastes without added cost. There’s also an outstanding menu for other excellent meals that are reasonably priced. The bar is also totally stocked with all drinks. The very caring staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered anywhere in a hotel! The hotel is also very significant in its great aesthetic and historical appeal and yet fully modernized for even the most discerning of travellers. We will be back again at this very same and outstanding establishment! The location is outstanding! The Parthenon, Hadrian’s Library and both the Greek and Roman agoras are just 12-15 walking minutes away from the hotel.
