No air-condition No good service not have respect

Creo que éramos los únicos huéspedes del hotel. Parece nada más entrar un hotel en bancarrota: Sofás cubiertos con mantas, comedor cerrado, la habitación que nos tocó no estaba mal, pero al principio el aire acondicionado bajo y pasamos calor, después algo mejor. Hotel mal gestionado, totalmente desangelado. La funda del colchón de la cama supletoria sucio. En fin...

Los dueños o encargados del Hotel te tratan muy mal, ka habitacion que nos toco, horrible, pedimos cambiar y de muy mala gana la señora nos contesto NO. El desayuno horrible, los empleados, no tengo nada que decir.La ubicacion esta bien. Nos alojamos desde el 11 al 17/6/24, habitacion 521, 2do.piso. Silvia y Iosi de Israel. Aconsejo no pisar este hotel, habiendo tantos que pueden ser mejores. NO VAYANNNNNN. Nunca me trataron tan mal en un hotel como en este. HORRIBLE. Iosi de Israel.

這是我住過最差的的酒店沒有之一，酒店位置處於***與***交接處，我申請扣除五天房費退剩餘部分被店家拒絕，收了的錢不會退，酒店內部設施老舊，中央空調有異味到處是灰塵，一家三口運營酒店，根本沒有服務可言，早餐八歐元出門500米就有麪包店比酒店早餐便宜種類還多，出門需要把房間鑰匙留在前台，非常不安全，我曾親眼目睹一場劫案就在兩條街以外，酒店周邊能看見細的針管，我與一位中國人交談，店家把我堵在樓下，店家聽不懂中文就説我跟其他人説酒店壞話，並威脅我你錢已經交了要把我還有行李從酒店扔出來，禁止我與其他人交談，讓我呆在自己的房間不許出來，我是來旅遊的不是來坐牢的，直接放棄了剩下的14晚，朋友們出門在外要多加小心，千萬別訂這家酒店，為了自己的安全。

飯店位置算還可以！ 早餐普通簡單！

環境還好，服務一半，但性價比高，可以接受

Horrific experience. Never go to Hotel Rio Athens. The hotel was dirty, the towels had holes, the fridge was disgusting, had mold and smelled horrible, the shower was terrible, and the air conditioner didn’t work. It was summer and the weather was too hot, and when we tried to speak with the staff and explain kindly that it’s not possible to sleep without air conditioning, the manager (or owner) started to scream and shout at us to get out of the hotel, using very bad words. Later we found out that they do it on purpose to kick people out and sell the same rooms again. Other people also complained about it. We had to leave and find another hotel because it was impossible to stay there. I really don’t know how this place is still working. I don’t have even one positive word about it. Worst hotel experience ever.

This is an old hotel that has not been renovated much. I was in Athens a month ago, but because I am involved in the extension of my stay, they suddenly informed me that I have to come back, so I chose the hotel because it was cheaper. It is acceptable if you are not too strict. It is relatively clean, now the bedding and blanket have a little stain! The ventilation does not work well, but since the weather was pleasant, it did not matter. The closet door was broken and would not close. The safety box was not working properly. The toilet siphon was constantly working and the water was wasted and the sound was annoying. The refrigerator was working properly. Cannery did not have electricity, it had a small balcony with a good view. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but it wasn't. It had a fixed menu but it was acceptable. The reception desk was a fixed desk with a fixed middle aged lady. The doors were opened with a key and a card for electricity. When leaving the hotel, we had to hand it over to the reception. Because they said that customers lose the key. The location of the hotel is excellent. Around the hotel, there are many cafes and restaurants with reasonable prices, one to three minutes away. The lady who is in charge of the reception is a polite middle-aged lady, in any case, it is acceptable in this Hajj.

Terrible experience!!!!!!it was a nightmare to stay to this hotel.The owner was aggressive and he told every time bad words.not a clean hotel.VERY DANGEROUS AREA WITH ***** OUTSIDE AND **********. I CANT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR SURE.TOTALLY DISGUSTING

My stay @ the Rio was very unpleasant. My room had roaches. I called maintenance they came and sprayed twice. I didn't get any rest they found another room for me when it was my last night to stay. I'm so disappointed with the red whole stay. Don't go the Rio 3700 Flamingo Las Vegas, they have a pest problem. I understand it's dry heat and hot weather is but they make to much money not to be able to spray and get rid of bugs.

Stay Away ! Rio is a very very bad hotel. We stayed 4 weeks. It says 3 star but is actually 1 star. I almost made a report to the Athens Tourist Police it was that bad.  The hotel and service and staff are unfit for a hotel in Europe. Serious Problems- Angry old man owns the hotel with wife and child. He inherited hotel.  Flees in our bathroom on 1st day. The man yelled at us for complaining to him. It felt he was going to hit us. No double bed which we paid for Instead they tied 2 single beds with a gap down the middle. Sheets not cleaned unless asked Front doors of hotel locked each morning and night must ask permission to unlock to leave the hotel before 7am. Curtains in hallways closed permanently including in foyer. Very dark. Covers on couches in the foyer you cant remove them you must sit on covers instead.  Scolded if you move any curtains. Paid for breakfast-terrible. Cold boiled eggs. Coffee cups not clean- we washed these each day ourselves before use. Electricity not on all the time. Hot water in bathroom for shower not on before 7am or after 7pm. We asked each day to turn on hot water which takes 10 minutes to heat.

We arrived really early into the airport (6am) and our air bnb wasn’t ready til 3pm. We hadnt slept on the flight and were so tired. We booked a room here for 60€ and slept for 5 hours. It was clean and the lady was helpful.

they didnt change sheets(5 nights) a/c does not work, only noise breakfast uneatable.very poor and uninviting supply of hot water very problematic had to ask for toilet paper unbearable noise when you open a door tothe balcony(you have to,because a.c. doesnt work.

No air conditioning with 93 degree weather and 80 at night. No wifi in room , refrigerator did not work in room and airport transfer for 35eur was 57?eur. Staff stated no air conditioning due war in Ukraine???? Terrible service and having difficulty getting partial refund from Agoda due to the lies of the hotel Rio on website
