I hosted a reception here recently and loved it! Shout out to the couple celebrating 20 years of marriage. It has been a few years since I've been here. It was an honor! The beauty of this property is always spectacular. If you're lucky, you may catch a glimpse of some Hollywood elite . The vibes are always right here. Be sure to stop by Bar Margot for Brussel Sprouts! Why? Cuz ASH SAID IT! #ashsaidit

The four seasons never disappoints but talk about above and beyond. We were stranded overnight at the Atlanta airport after traveling for almost 24 hours exhausted and in need of some well deserved sleep the Four Seasons hotel Atlanta really came through. They got us into our room early so we can sleep and recharge before heading back to the airport for another flight. The room was perfect the service and the bar (for a much needed drink) were amazing. Thank you so much for our stay

Just celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday here. The lobby is beautiful and our terrace suite was lovely. It’s a spacious terrace and a great space to relax, have drinks with friends, etc. Two comfy chairs, a coffee table, a small couch, and two chairs at a small breakfast table. I would definitely choose this room again. The staff are really what makes this place sing. Shatara at the front desk is gracious and professional. We were given the wrong information about our AMEX benefit via the hotel text service earlier in the stay and when she realized this, she immediately adjusted the bill accordingly. Dawn is the lovely woman who picks up the phone when you order room service, and she was always so kind and warm. There were two occasions on which we needed our food quickly and she made sure the food got delivered ahead of schedule for us. Cassandra in the spa is a massage pro. All her years of experience come across in the service, as well as her friendly demeanor. The spa and fitness area is great— the sauna in the woman’s change area looks brand new and is accessible even if you don’t have a space service. So are the steam room and the pool, which has a sun terrace on one side with loungers. This allows a nice amount of sunlight to come through. We ate out there on the sun loungers and had very good turkey clubs— I would highly recommend. The hot tub at the end of the pool is very hot! The fitness area is small but has a nice amount of equipment. I would note that the treadmills are dated and the vents on some of them are broken/loose. To match the luxury of this hotel, it would be nice to see some upgraded treadmills in there. Bar Margot is a fun vibe with excellent cocktails. It seemed busy every time we passed by and the evening we dined there. The food was good, but the drinks are the highlight. The valet service, while steep ($53 a night) is prompt and the gentlemen working there are consistently friendly. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this Four Seasons for the first time while attending a NFL game in Atlanta. Have been to many of their other properties. this one did not disappoint. Staff is exactly on point and delivers impeccable service. Met the General Manager, Matt, and complimented him on the entire team. had a great experience in Bar Margot as well. great service, very knowledgeable staff and what a cocktail menu!!!! food was fresh and delicious!! had the Georgia greens salad with salmon and some oysters to start. Love the location and feel of this property - will definitely return when in ATL again. thanks to Matt and the entire FS team!!!

Most unpleasant/traumatic experience i've had travelling for business in 12+ years. 1/ Got a lot of cash stolen from the locked suitcase with a combination lock. Head of Security's investigation did not show any evidence of theft, while they confirmed the only visitor to the room during that time was a housekeepr. 2/ Witnessed a very disturbing scene outside of the hotel, with authority cars dealing with one guest's anti-social behaviour outside the hotel, who looked like they'd abused some prohibited substance 3/ Got double-charged for breakfast which was already included in the room rate 4/ Fire alarm went off on one of the floors with guests being concerned about being evacuated 5/ Shower gel bottle did not work and was not replaced until i had to ask. Iron did not work, so had to ask for it to be replaced too. And this is all in 4 days. No apologies or compensation were given.

An excellent weekend stay. Extremely friendly staff throughout who were always welcoming and courteous from arrival to departure and throughout the hotel from reception, concierge and bedroom staff

One of the best over experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was amazing.
