Hilton Atlanta recensioner

My husband and I booked this hotel for our first time in Atlanta. We wanted a hotel that was near a bunch of attractions while we were visiting a friend. I had no issues with this hotel except for the fact that when we asked for additional coffee cups and condiments for our room they kept telling us they ran out and couldn't help us. The coffee is supposed to be complimentary, but they kept telling us they would send someone to give us cups but no one ever showed up. Other than that, the room was cozy, nice and perfect for what we wanted. This was my fault, but I ended up picking a twin and we barely fit on the bed, but it was still comfortable. The hotel itself is located about 15 minutes away from the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola and The Centennial Olympic Park. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan on seeing any of these or the stadium. Plenty of food nearby too!

This property was good but it was overbooked when I went and I was transferred to a sister hotel but from the looks of it it seems like a good property.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for sightseeing and for reaching food and entertainment places by walk. The service at the hotel was good, nothing special, very kind. The hotel offers gym and pool access but we did not use them.

Very friendly staff, check-in/out super smooth. The room was comfortable but super noisy : it faces one of the main “interstate?” or Atlanta ring and noise insulation is very poor. One would expect better for such hotel. Location is great… building quality should be better.

Really clean and great location. But at check out time we waited 30-45 minutes for a key because they were all full. An employee came to get us and we squeezed in an employee elevator. Towels rough and Wi-Fi is only free if you signup for a program.

Service was great! The only thing I didn't like was there was no bell hop carts when we checked in. It was 10pm, but still. The lady at the front desk said there was no pool & we found one the next morning.

The hotel is close to the highway but there is a great neighborhood with the MLK center and good cafes on the other side of I-75. This is within walking distance on a good day) Parking is a bit of a hassle and will add on $35-55/day unless you plan out a place to keep your vehicle on the street. Rooms were clean and, coming from aomeone who is sensitive to noise, the sound of the highway thankfully isn’t as bad as some reviews claim. The hotel’s staff and management are kind and professional, the gym is great, and there are many nice spots on each floor to sit and relax. I would recommend booking at the rate we saw on Trip.com (cheaper than other sites offered)

The guest service was excellent! Check-in was quick and seamless. The guest room was average. One of the beds was not fixed properly. I found one of the used towels in the bathroom. The entrance door to the room, omg! It's completely broken! Extremely had to open and close! Other than that, overall stay was ok.

Equipment old, others OK. You can rewards if you are a Hilton honor member.

Top Hotel in very good location. Everything is easy to access from this hotel. Top recommendation.

Great location and friendly staff. Everything was great except the room got very stuffy at night. Could desperately use a humidifier.

Hotel representative referred us to a nearby restaurant for delivery (Metro Diner) and we never received our food, we were left with an $82 bill for food we never received & the hotel could only apologize. Hotel parking is hectic, parking availability is limited. Hotel room should’ve came with a microwave.

Their service is good only there are no bathroom slippers inside the toilet
