A Place at the Beach III

The unit was set up nicely with comfortable beds with soft blankets. Good time to play board games, go out to eat and swim in the indoor pool.

We enjoyed our stay here. Resort is clean. Room was clean. In the summer the pool would be a nice asset.

The resort is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. They have a tremendous problem with water gathering in the parking lot. There is no way for the water to drain off. The resort used a sump pump to try to drain the water off, which helped very little. They need in install some type of drainage system. Because of the standing water all week, they had to treat the area for mosquitos.

We had a wonderful vacation at The Place at the Beach III. The view from our balcony was wonderful. The unit was a little dated but well maintained. Although I prefer the beach, the pool area was very large and very nice.

Older property that needs major room renovations. Our room seamed to have been cleaned and vacuumed in a hurry. Items found under furniture and near bed that should have been picked up. Front door faceplate fell off the door frame and could not be secured on day one due to damage in frame with nothing for the screws to grip. Stove top and oven would set off smoke alarm. Toilet paper holder falling off wall. Standing water in utility closet not draining from A/C unit properly. There is a place on the deck to hang beach towels & swim suites to dry however out rope was broke and seems to have been for a while. Outside pool area was nice and nice walkway to beach. If other rooms are better than mine then worth a visit. Front desk was helpful and so was maintenance when they fixed the door. But room needs a major facelift.

Great location. Beach front with new walkway to the sand. Pool with water slide. Ramps for accessibility. Wish there were smart tvs to allow for streaming. We will definitely return to this location.
