We have been going to Wind Creek for quite awhile and we’re excited to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. The valet guy was very friendly and we were actually able to get our room right away. ( all other times we had to wait 3 to 4 hours). The room was nice and the TV was a great upgrade from the old rooms. However, I wish they had a walk-in shower for my elderly mom. Now they have lots of security guards everywhere and at the elevators to make sure no one gets up there who isn’t staying there I guess. I appreciated all the extra security, but it made me wonder about the crime that might be happening since this is a new policy. The people in the room next to us were extremely loud like they were arguing for hours. The buffet that we usually enjoy was terrible this time. The pulled pork was so fatty I couldn’t eat it at all . The fried seafood was greasy and tasted frozen. The guy at the Italian station was the nicest person and the tiramisu was the best thing we ate there.

Here for the annual Pow Wow. The people here are attentive and very friendly. Lovely accommodations. ****** is on the bottom floor. Ate at Fire, their steakhouse and it was top notch. Room was elegant and comfortable. When the valet parked our car, he helped us arrange a mobility scooter. We will be back.

Spa. Nail tech was unknowledgeable with her work. Sloppy job. Lazy. Rushed her work. I could do better work. Fire Steak house has big improvements with their foods. I lost quite a bit of $$ in Atmore as well. - -

We took this trip because I take care of my father who's died of cancer and we need a break this was the most horrible stay we got woke up to drilling because they were doing maintenance at 8:00 in the morning and they were very rude about it just had to get up and leave we couldn't even sleep we were there to rest and enjoy our trip and couldn't even enjoy it my 8-year-old was even upset because there were things for her there to do she wanted to leave

Windcreek Hotel & ****** has by far the best Hospitality Department that I have had the pleasure of getting to know. Hospitality Representative Samantha Miller is a five star representative who goes out of her way to do all she can to help customers in every way she can. One can only wish that all Hotel & ****** hospitality departments were on the same level as Windcreek but from experience I can tell you most are not.

We travel to Windcreek Atmore often from Pensacola. We enjoy treating ourselves to a night stay and dinner at Fire usually. Last night we had a very disappointing meal at Fire. New York ***** and Salmon entrees much lower quality than what we have experienced before. Did you change chefs? French Onion soup was not edible. Overall wait staff service was good. We will continue to visit ****** for a good time we are not so sure about Fire?!

Virginia Hilliard Don’t let the valet park your car they wrecked my car and I have contacted them numerous times and they have done nothing. Also when we got there they didn’t have our room so we had to take a room with one bed for 4 people I was told they over book all the time and it was done by the people in management. Will never spend my money there. If they decide they wanna pay to fix my car I am still waiting. If Mr Cunningham or Sandra the two people who put me off about this matter wanna call me and fix it they have my number.

I have won every time we e been. I love the Beaver Bucks & the Cashnado. The service is good due to it being always crowded. Drinks are very good. We go about once or twice a month.msking plans to go end of the month for anniversary

First, I want to say Jonathan does an amazing facial! The whole reason we came out was that my daughter needed a facial before professional portraits. I wanted to enjoy s service at the same time and the only thing that was available was a 25 minute back, shoulder, neck massage. I am used to getting massages and I have only had two bad ones, both have been at the WindCreek spa. The first one was a much longer massage, and the woman only used one hand. It was so upsetting that finally, I pulled off my mask and realized why she was on her cell phone! Today my massage was with Mindy and for about five or more minutes she also only used one hand. I did not pull off my mask, but I would venture to say she must’ve been on her phone as well. Overall, the massage was not terrible, but once I was allowed time to get re-dressed, escorted back to the main spa room, walk to my locker, and unlocked my locker, I realized that the time was 224 according to my cell. That tells me I did not actually receive a 25 minute massage seeing as how it started at 2 PM. I would assume a 25 minute massage would be over a 2:25, then you would have time to dress and leave the room. We have always been pleased with our facials and the other amenities are nice. Ms Stephanie is so pleasant and helpful, but if you visit…I do NOT recommend a massage.
