And business with this company is getting so much more bizarre. So I wrote a previous review of my stay, after owner patel wrote: "I am sorry to hear of your experience. I will investigate and address these issues immediately. Please allow me to offer my sincere apologies for any distress this may have caused you." Well don't believe a word mr Patel says here because when I read his reply I said great maybe he'll give my deposit back because there was again no damage, no smoking as it states for the deposit. I call and spoke with the front desk girl who checked me in and said that if I didn't have the ticket I would just show id and sign the book. Great 👍. 10 minutes later calls back and stares the owner is refusing to give back my deposit now because they didn't like my attitude or treatment if staff? How bizarre. The jist of this is what I'm getting, if you give them the $40 cash deposit, add it to the cost of your room for your stay because you likely won't be getting it back. So far I've heard I couldn't get my deposit back because I don't have the ticket, then it was because too many people in the room when I've never heard any place complain about something this absurd, then it's my attitude and treatment if staff. Run as far as humanly possible from these people, get yourself a tent and sleep first before you get a room here because they are flat out thieves. Try Hampton inn for a few extra dollars because by the time you pay your room and the extra 40 they gonna keep you could of got a headache free stay, cleaner, and better staff. Good luck 🤞
