Location was good if you’re looking to stay close to Worcester for cheap. Room kind of smelled weird though. Didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak to that. Probably wouldn’t go back.

I stayed in a beautiful Cambria Hotel the night before. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and saw how dirty and unkept this property was. The young man behind the front desk was very nice, the AC worked great in the room and the bed and bedding were comfy. Unfortunately, those are the only positive things I have to say about this hotel. It needs to be updated and cleaned. The floor inside the elevator was very dirty and the floor outside the elevator was sticky. There was a smell in the hallway that was very unappealing, not sure what it was. My colleague went to use the shower and when he moved the shower mat, there was a dead bug on the tub. After staying at a very nice and newly updated Cambria the night before, this was really disappointing. I have stayed at several Comfort Inn's, they are a decent chain, this hotel is not.

My family rented 3 rooms for the weekend and what a mistake. This was a terrible hotel, more like a motel. The beds were rock hard, rooms were beat up and dirty and there was trash under the bed when we arrived. Someone smoked in their room on the 2nd floor and it smelled all weekend. We found a man wandering the 2nd floor with a backpack and he said no when we asked if he was staying there. There is an unlocked back door that we saw unsavory people enter and head to the free breakfast. Staff is nasty and every time we entered they we smoking out front. Manager is unresponsive. The whole area around the hotel was unsafe and beat up. I don't recommend staying here for your own safety. Many other lovely hotels in Worcester.

Although it said it was a smoke-free hotel, you could tell smokers were smoking inside. We had to change rooms once. Front desk Aidan was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast was a nice option before hitting the road the next day. Outback restaurant nextdoor for dinner was easy after a long day of driving. Good shower!

The excellent staff made our stay enjoyable and comfortable!! We felt very welcomed here. Our little dog was also treated with great dignity! The room was large and very clean! There were no hairs in the bathroom. There were two clean trash cans in the room that had trash liners. The linens on at least one of the beds were clean and fresh. The room had been renovated but was a little bit worn. However it was very clean!!! There was some construction work at night on a nearby road but the wifi was excellent and I was able to stream relaxing music all night to cover the noise from the nearby construction. The building and the lobby are really beautiful. There were a few things that were under repair, like plumbing for the breakfast and lobby coffee but the staff handled it wisely and came up with great solutions!! I would definitely stay here again!

The room they gave us stunk of fake air freshener and then when we tried to open the window we found that in our first floor parking lot room the window couldn’t lock and the screen had already been broken out! Then the front desk person wouldn’t refund us. AND they had no other rooms! We were left stranded. Had to find a new hotel at the last minute in the dark. Will never use a comfort inn again.

By far and away, the worst place I have ever stayed. Have been there before many times, but this time was unbelievable. First the place was filthy, needed paint and work on the baseboards, ice machine did not work, there was no breakfast, they had fruit in the dining room, that was rotten, all they had was apples and bananas (which were black and rotten in fact, at the top were bananas that were white with mold, when I told the guy at the counter, all he did was take the ones with mold and left all the others. Next day, same thing, we left then. It was obvious that they did not give a damn about their customers, at $120 a nite we would be better off staying in the car!
