The front desk clerk, Kyra, has the nastiest attitude of anyone I’ve encountered before. The way she treated a customer is nothing less than unprofessional. She did not apologize for any inconvenience of not having a room ready for check-in. When asked if she could call me when one was ready, she said she would but didn’t. After 3 hours and returning to the property, she said a room was available. When asked why she didn’t call and inform me, she sarcastically replied, “slipped my mind .” She should look for a non-customer-service industry job.
