Booked at the wrong location and the hotel refused to transfer credit for the correct location as the stay was nonrefundable.

Excellent customer service, very detailed informative staff, completely satisfied. I enjoyed the location, the nearby restaurants, shopping, freeway access.

Our stay was good with this microtel. Our only problem was the mold on the bathroom ceiling. Staff was friendly and our check in was quick as well as check out.

Overall good!!! But would appreciate more variety for breakfast. Most Microtel’s have the best breakfasts ever so was expecting more from this one also.

Close to interstate with plenty of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff with clean room. Bed was very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone tired from traveling. The check in & check out was quick & easy.

There are no elevators in the hotel. If you don’t get a ground floor and have any types of disability or heavy luggage you are out of luck. The rooms are old and the AC unit worked but it was loud. I found bugs in the restroom 2 days in a row. Hair was in the bathroom that was not mine and in the towels. I wasn’t comfortable drinking the coffee or eating the breakfast items. The audacity to charge almost $300 per night with taxes included is beyond belief to me. Find somewhere else to stay…

Definitely would not recommend. The room was so musty and stinky I wanted to throw up. The windows are broken and won’t open. The room is so damp the sheets were wet the floor was sticky, the bathroom is outdated with broken lights. Parking was overfill. Other than friendly staff I’d never recommend someone come here
